~Risa's pov~
I'm at the senate hearing rn, There's a chinita who caught my attention, she's in front of me and I can't help but to fall for her, it's like love at first sight, is it? Maybe, but then I saw her talking to a lawyer beside her and they were laughing and I felt something off, is it jealousy? "No risa, you can't be jealous nor like her, she's the spy of our own country" but I can't stop but feeling a pang of jealousy so I just rolled my eyes. Later on Senator win gatchalian entered the room I waited him to take his seat before I start the senate hearing
"Ang bagal naman neto mag lakad, late na nga amg bagal pa, feeling VIP ahh?" I murmured
"Chill senator Risa, umagang umaga ang init ng ulo mo" Loren Said while giggling
I was shocked because I didn't know she would hear me "Oo nga pala, naalala kong chismosa ka pala" I said in a pissed tone then roll my eye on her
We both just laughed at my response
The room is field with tention beacuase of alice answers
"Hindi ko po alam, your honor" "Hindi ko na po maalala, your honor" that's the only response they get whenever they were asking abt her life.
"Gosh this girl is getting on my nerves" she thought to her self while massaging her temple
"If you are a filipino, convince us" senator Loren spoke
"Ahmm Your honor, lumaki po ako sa farm..." mayor alice was cut off when senator Loren scream at her
"Paulit-ulit naman ehh, parang memoryado niyo ehh!!" Senator Loren said with a loud voice and you can see in her face that's she was so frustrated by the mayor's answer
(Let's pretend na etong part na 'to is sa first hearing kasi nga diba this is far from reality?!)
Alice's pov
I was siting in the senate hearing waiting for it to start, When the person infront of me captured my interest "oh goddammit she's freaking gorgeous" Faintly in a whisper
"Sino, si senator risa ba mayor alice?" My lawyer said in a teasing timber
I was shocked cause I thought I said it to my self "H-Huh? O-of course not, I...I was looking at my reflection" I was stuttering not knowing to response so I make an excuse and showing him the mirror I was holding
"If you say so mayor" with a smirk in his face and we both laugh at his response
When I turned back my glimpse at the senator she rolled her eyes on me
"Ay attitude ang lola niyo, pasalamat ka maganda ka" I brood over but then suddenly I felt a pang of jealousy she was laughing with the senator beside her "Hmpp, ok lang mas maganda naman ako d'yan, teka teka were you jealous Alice?" I thought "No of course not, I would never be jealous of her, bakit sino ba sila?" Pag Laban ko sa sarili ko (oh diba baliw lang? Char)
Later on Senator Risa announced that the senate hearing is a abt to start
Time flies by
They keep digging to my identity and I don't know what to answer beacuase I don't want na maungkat pa ang masasaklap kong nakaraan so I kept answering them ng "Hindi ko po alam, your honor" "Hindi ko po maalala, your honor" I can see that I'm giving them a headache lalo na si madam chair, she was massaging her temple and I feel bad pero, I hope they understand na some of my past were buried 'cause of my cruel family and I forgot some of them due to trauma that my family cost me.
"If you are a filipino, convince us" loren spoke
"Ahmm, your honor, Lumaki po ako sa farm..." I was cut off by sen Loren
Because she had enough of me "Paulit-ulit naman ehh, parang memoryado niyo ehh!!" With a loud and scary voice
It almost made me cry but I stop my self at tuluyan na nga akong hindi naka sagot
-aba malamang Paulit-ulit 'ung tanong edi paulit-ulit din 'ung sagot ko, mga siraulo pala 'tong mga 'to ehh- I thought to myself

The senate hearing ended, As I was heading to the parking lot I saw a familiar figure, it was the elderly woman than caught my attention earlier "goddam univers, sa dami dami ng puwedeng maka sabay yang matandang mataray pa talaga? Nako pasalamat ka talaga at maganda ka." I murmured beacuase I still can't moved on na tinarayan ba naman ako kanina? Wala namang akong ginawang masama
~Risa's pov~
I was abt to hope in my car when I saw a beautiful woman and it was alice so I decided to go closer to her
"Ay abay put@ng!na talaga oo, lalapit pa nga" Alice thought
"Oh, Hi mayor Alice it's my pleasure to see you again" I greeted alice with a flirting tone and handed her my hand gesturing for a shake hands
-abay gago ba 'to? Pag katapos niyo akong gisahin kanina sa senado lalandiin mo ako ngayon, pero ok lang ikaw na 'yan eh ehe, Hoi alice ano 'to? Tumigil ka nga diyan remember tinarayan ka niya kanina?- Alice have in mind
"Oh, nice to meet you to rin po Senator risa" I responded with a fake smile and shake her hand
"Going home?" I asked
"Isn't it obvious?" Alice reply in a joking way
(Did this girl let her intrusive thoughts win?😭)
"Owh, silly you" and they both laugh
"Bye mayor Alice, see you in the next senate hearing" pag papaalam ko
"Good bye po, your honor" she reply with a giggle and then she give me a beso on both of my cheeks that made me turned red as a tomato and left me in shock.
I was also surprised by my actions and it made me blush and I let out a pang of kilig in side my car and drove off in a high speed on NLEX and ofc I got ticket again saying "overspeeding" I don't know but I felt so proud whenever I get a ticket from NLEX, dinaig ko pa ang batang nanalo ng medal sa sobrang proud ko sa sarili ko.
