At the Window stood a lone figure who was the proclaimed monster by the townsfolk. Touya stood there, feeling alone. Thoughts of him and the girl that he loved flooded his brain; they ran through his head like quick flashes of light. It was almost bittersweet. The rose was just about dead, meaning that it was too late for him. Unbeknownst to him, an angered tuff of ashy-blonde hair approached him from behind waiting to attack. Bakugo pulled his bow and arrow back making a small sound that echoed in the beast's chamber.

The beast looked back at the hunter with a pitiful look in his eyes; it was an expression of great sorrow. Bakugo saw this as the perfect moment to slay the beast once and for all; however, the beast did not try to prevent it. The monster only let out a soft animalistic growl in return as he turned his attention back to the cracked window. Bakugo huffed and rolled his eyes, feeling more angered that the beast didn't even try to fight him. He let go of the thread that held the arrow in place; thus shooting the arrow that hit the beast on his back.

Pain flooded the beast's senses as he let out a thunderous roar, and he tried the remove the arrow from his wound. Before he could though, the blonde hunter found this as the beast's moment of weakness. Bakugo tackled on top of the beast as he pushed him out of the glass window. Causing the beast to be in even more pain than previous. As the beast struggled to regain himself, Bakugo let out a cruel fit of laughter. The blonde stepped closer to the beast, stepping on the broken shards of glass in the process.

He crouched down to the beast with an irritated look on his face. "Get up," he sneered at the beast. The beast only rolled his eyes and looked away in return This only infuriated Bakugo more. Bakugo kicked the beast in his stomach and sneered at him again. "I said get up! Are you deaf!?" he yelled trying to provoke the monster. "What's the matter, beast?" the hunter scoffed in disgust, "too kind and gentle to fight back?" he mocked as he closed in on the beast. He pulled out a dagger from his belt and right before he could finish the beast off a small cry was heard.

"No!" (y/n)'s voice cried out, "Bakugo, please leave him be!" Toya looked down from the balcony and once he had spotted her, he felt a sense of hope wash through him.

"(Y/n)?' he whispered to himself softly. He felt something deep inside of himself like his inner strength light up on fire. He had someone who would come back for him. Someone who cared for him. Even if she didn't love him in return, he knew he had to fight to see her face-to-face one last time. As Bakugo's blade came swiftly towards him. Toya dodged the attack, pushing the hunter away. This only made the blonde angrier, he tried to attack the beast. Meanwhile, (y/n0 couldn't stand to watch this happen without interfering more. She jumped off her horse and ran inside of the castle to stop this fight from worsening.

Bakugo pushed the beast into a corner as he held his danger out to make the kill. He gave the beast a mocking smirk as he closed in, " Are you in love with her, Beast? You really think that she can love you when you can't even fight back!" He yelled, however, angered the beast more. As Bakugo dived in for the attack, the beast dodged him, causing Bakugo to slip on the rained tile and hit himself against to stone castle tower. The hunter was seemingly unconscious. The beast huffed and walked away limping slightly as he walked.

"Toya!" (y/n) cried out to her friend. She let out a joyous smile when she saw he was alive. Small tears formed in the corner of her eyes, and she healed out her hand for him to take. Finally, this whole mess is over. He can finally be with her. The curse can now be broken, and not only just his. But he serves' curses as well. They can be human again. Eri can finally grow up to be the young lady she was shaped to be. Toga will be able to meet new people once more. Tobita and Kurogiri will still be the same, the same. But they will be happy. he will be happy. He had finally found love, the person he'd been waiting for his whole life. But every sense of hope crashed just as he was just about to touch her hand.
