Gu Cheng drove Li Xiufen and Ye Mingqiang to Menya Hutong.

Menya Hutong is not far from Laba Hutong, and there are only 5 alleys in between. You can reach it in one step.

The house that Li Xiufen rented is in a small courtyard, which is next to the road. It is the first house on the right after entering the alley.

The alley is too narrow and the car can't get in, so Gu Cheng parked the car on the side of the road and moved all of Li Xiufen's things down.

Except for her and Ye Mingqiang's clothes and a quilt, Li Xiufen didn't take anything else.

She used to live frugally, and was willing to buy things for Ye Huan and Ye Mingqiang, but she herself was reluctant to buy new clothes all year round, so there were not many things, just two big bags.

Ye Mingqiang's small things were packed into a bag, and Ye Huan carried it.

Ye Yongguo and Li Xiufen divorced, but Ye Mingqiang was not affected at all.

On the contrary, he was quite happy to move to a new place.

Mainly because Ye Yongguo usually didn't care much about him. He went to work, and after work, except for eating and sleeping, he would find someone to play chess. One of them played crazy outside, and the other played chess with others every day. Except for eating, the two rarely met, so Ye Yongguo was dispensable to Ye Mingqiang, and of course he would not be reluctant to leave Ye Yongguo.

When he came out of the machinery factory, he was the first to get on the car and happily called Li Xiufen, "Mom, get in the car!"

Ye Yongguo was so angry that he called him "ungrateful" several times.

Ye Mingqiang couldn't sit still in the car. As soon as Gu Cheng stopped the car, he jumped out of the car and asked Li Xiufen repeatedly, "Mom, where are we going to move to?"

Li Xiufen pointed to a small yard on the right, "It's here."

Gu Cheng carried two bags and followed Li Xiufen into the yard.

The yard was not big, but it was very clean.

There are three main rooms facing south, two side rooms on the west, and a well against the east wall. To the south of the well is a tung tree. The tree is as thick as a tung tree, with dense crowns, like a big umbrella, covering half of the yard.

At this moment, an old lady is sitting under the tung tree, fanning herself with a cattail leaf fan and listening to the radio.

The radio is playing an opera, and the old lady is listening with great interest.

The old lady is Li Xiufen's landlord, surnamed Xu, and has no children. She is the only one at home.

Hearing the noise, Grandma Xu looked up and saw that it was Li Xiufen. She smiled lovingly and said loudly, "Yuqin is here."

Gu Cheng, Ye Huan, "?"

Li Xiufen whispered to Gu Cheng and Ye Huan, "The old lady is a good person and in good health, but her hearing is not very good. Sometimes she is confused and she thinks I am your Aunt Shen."

Grandma Xu had already come over. She looked at Ye Huan, then at Gu Cheng, and asked Li Xiufen, "Who are these two children?"

Although the old lady was confused again, Li Xiufen was still very serious. Really introduced her, "This is my daughter Ye Huan, and this is her son-in-law Gu Cheng."

He then pulled Ye Mingqiang over and said to Grandma Xu, "This is my boy, Ye Mingqiang, and he will live here with me in the future, you can just call him Qiangqiang."
