Aom's Pov:

I stepped inside of my apartment, I stayed here first because it is also closer to that demon company, turning on the lights and letting out a tired sigh.  All i wanted was to collapse in bed and forget about the world for a while.

As i closed the door behind her, I froze in surprise at the sight of woman  sitting on her couch, her eyes fixed on me.

"What the..." I said, with my laced voice with shock. "What are you doing here?!"

I felt a rush of confusion and disbelief as i stared at Malai sitting on my couch like it was the most normal thing in the world. I stood frozen in disbelief for a moment, my mind struggling to process the bizarre scene in front of me.

"Seriously, what are you doing here?" i repeated, my tone firm but laced with anxiety. "How did you even get into my apartment?"

I saw how she leaned back against the couch as she met my gaze.
She seemed completely unfazed by my surprise, as if this was a perfectly normal situation.

"Oh, I have my ways," she said mysteriously, not elaborating further.

My eyes widened, annoyance growing. I crossed my arms, glaring at her. "That doesn't explain why you're here," she retorted, her voice sharp. "And how long have you been sitting there?"

i heard her chuckled softly, her eyes glinting with a gleam. She leaned forward, resting her elbows on her knees as she studied my face.

"Do you really want to work for me?" he asked, his voice low.

I felt my heart skipped a beat at her words, and i suddenly felt very self-conscious. She averted her gaze, trying to keep her expression neutral.

"What do you mean?" I asked,

I took a step forward, my irritation mounting.

"You said you didn't want me as your secretary," i reminded her, my voice sharp. "Now you're sitting in my living room like it's no big deal. What exactly do you want from me?"

She leaned back on the couch, resting an arm across the back. She regarded me with a cool expression.

pftt, She has no shame.

"I never said I didn't want you as my secretary," she countered, her tone was nonchalant.

I frowned, feeling confused and frustrated. "But you said-" she began, but she cut her off with a wave of her hand

you see? she's so bad and is so annoying

"I was being a little rash when I said that," she admitted, her voice quieter this time. "I was frustrated, and I took it out on you."

My eyes widened slightly at her words, her irritation starting to fade. I remained silent, listening intently.

She looked at me earnestly,

"I know I was harsh earlier," she said softly, "but I still need a secretary. Do you think... you'd be willing to take the job?"

I hesitated for a moment, studying her expression. I was torn, feeling a mixture of annoyance and curiosity. After a few seconds, i slowly nodded.

I saw how she stood up from the couch, a small smile tugging at the corners of her lips. her expression formal yet warm.

"Look," she said, "I think we got off on the wrong foot. Let's take this slow, alright?"

"Nice to meet you," she said, her voice steady and authoritative. "I'm Malai Adulyadej." She extended her hand towards me

it was my first time, seeing her side like this.

I didn't hesitated to take her hand and give it a firm shake.

I looked up at Malai, who was taller that me,

"Alright," she agreed, my voice was tentative warmth. "Let's start over."

I extended her own hand, meeting her gaze with a small, sheepish smile. we both shake hands.

"I'm Aom Adulyadej," I said, my tone was softer now. "Nice to meet you."

She held out something, it was a glasse. a

I stared at her in confusion, taking the glasses from hier hand. She looked down at them, expecting to see something broken or damaged, but they appeared to be in perfect condition.

"I thought..." she began, her voice trailing off, unsure of how to continue

A mixture of relief and confusion washed over me.

I thought she broke my glasses?

"Did you think I broke them?" she asked,

"I... I did," I said, shifting awkwardly.

"Did you really think I'd break your glasses just to mess with you?" she asked, i nodded.

"Relax," She said, hearing her voice gentle. "I didn't break them. I saw how panicked you were when you couldn't find them. I wouldn't do something like that."

I feel a wave of relief wash over me. I could feel her body relaxing, the tension leaving my shoulders.

"Thank you," i said, whispering.

i immediately avoided her eye contact, I avoid it because I don't want to read her mind.

"You're welcome," she said softly, her voice a low rumble.

She took the glasses from me, her fingers gently brushing against my skin. She moved closer to me, her body now blocking out everything else in the hallway but them.

"May I?" she said, her voice a whisper.

I closed my eyes, whatever this woman thoughts please just hope it's not what it is.

I nodded, my heart beating faster at their proximity. As she carefully slipped the glasses onto my face, i felt the heat radiating from his body as she was so close to her.

As she adjusted the glasses on my face, Our  eyes met again, i felt a strange sensation wash over me. I'm able to read her thoughts again.

I watched as a mixture of desire and possessiveness flashed through her eyes. And then i heard her thoughts, clear as day.

'I want Aom. I need Aom. She's mine.'

I felt my breath catch as i heard Malai's thoughts. A mix of emotions flared within me - shock, confusion, and something else... something that felt a lot like desire.

I looked up at her, my eyes widened. I couldn't believe what i was hearing. Why was she thinking these things? And why could i suddenly hear her thoughts so clearly?

"Does anyone own you?" I shook my head,

"Good, I don't want anyone to share what I own"

"What's mine, is mine Only" She said firmly.

I just nodded, smilling awkwardly

HELP

"You're mine," she said, her voice firm and certain. "You belong to me and me alone. I don't want to share you. I won't allow any other people to touch you, to have you. You're mine, and mine alone."

I couldn't help but chuckle at the CEO's sudden change in demeanor. I was used to his mercurial moods, but her quick shift from affection to coldness was still jarring.

I laughed.

She glance away for a moment. scanning the room.

Before i could say anything, she turned back to me, seeing her smile disappeared and her expression turned cold. It was like a switch had flipped.

I smiled warmly at her, She took a step back, creating a small space between them.

"I should get back to work," she said, her voice soft. "See you later, Aom."

"See you later, Malai" I said and smiled sweetly.
