Fireheart burst through a bush, his heart pounding he heard the bushes rustle as Cinderpelt came into the clearing. "Over here!" Firestar called, already at Silverstream's side. Her sides heaved at the effort. Cinderpelt rushed over. "Okay," Cinderpelt said, dropping the herbs she was carrying. "Silverstream, I need you to chew up these herbs, Fireheart get some moss, I think there would be some underneath that tree" She pointed to a tree that was five fox-lengths away. "Silverstream, I know you are tired but -" was all that Fireheart had heard as he sprinted to the place Cinderpelt said. As he hurried back with the moss he heard Graystripe call out, "Please Silverstream, hold on!". As he got nearer he saw two kits squirming beside Silverstream's belly, mulling pitifully. He checked the kit's, and they were breathing on their own. "No..." Graystripe whispered Fireheart looked up to see Silverstream's eyes flutter close and her head fall. " Is she alive!?" Graystripe asked "We stopped the bleeding but she did lose a lot of blood" replied Cinderpelt "It is up to Starclan for her fate. Right now, we should bring her to Thunderclan's, medicine den, she can't head back to the Riverclan camp"
