Tanjiro and the others had been dragged off, and the master had left for his treatment, leaving the Hashira there.

"Well!" Kyojuro spoke and let out a hearty laugh. "I think I can safely say, I didn't expect that! And here I thought she was just a pretty civilian who got mixed up in that mess! Goes to show I should train harder!" He said before turning to look at every one. "What did we think of them all?" He asked smiling. He liked that Tanjiro's inner flame.

"Marie has very nice birthing hips!" Tegen says. "Her transformation was very flashy!"

"She is a strange girl," Obanai says. "She is most likely weaker than most humans."

"I don't know Obanai, she did handle Sanemi fairly well." Rengoku jumps in

Tengen suddenly let out a laugh, "speaking off- how's your head Sanemi?! Ya got a flashy migraine yet? Boy he landed a hard one on ya- you did kind of deserve it though." Tengen seemed quite amused by the actions of Tanjiro.

"Are you shitting me?! That's a demon! A demon that kind you, you were open to executing!" Sanemi growled out as he held his head.

"If Shinobu is right she is half demon and if it is that is true it is likely she was born like this. Meaning her mother could have had sex with a demon and concieved her, She did not ask to be born." Tengen shoots back.

"A true tragedy." Gyomei says. "She was born cursed, such a kind soul cursed with the hunger and blood lust of a demon. Forcing herself to cling to her humanity and not give into Buddah's cruel design."

The others looked at him as he had tears rolling down his cheeks and his hands rolled his prayer beads.

"What...? Why are we talking about?" Tokito murmured as he came back down to planet earth it seemed.

"You remember, that demon that can be in sunlight," Rengoku says.

"Oh yes... .... .... She .... is very pretty." He says slowly.

Everyone looks at him shocked and he decides to return to la la land.

"Ahh, he's right tho! She's so super cute! Before Sanemi was all mean to her, she was so flustered! And she likes sweets!" Mitsuro cheered

"She is." Giyu agrees with this.

They looked at him and everyone seemed to agree that this demon was super cute

Everyone but Sanemi. He wouldn't admit it.

"I think she's some sorta freak. You're seriously gonna have that thing in your home?" He askedd.

"First off! She is not something! And Why would I not let her in my home, I let YOU in my home!" Mitsuro snapped back he was feeling extra spicey right now.

Sanemi glared at him, he would never admit he was jealous but he would die before he admitted that

He'd quip back if he could, but if he tried, Obanai would kill him- well, he'd try. He wouldn't succeed though.

"I'd like to have her at my house!" Rengoku said suddenly as Uzui looked at him.

"Don't you still live with your dad when you go back home?"

"Yes, I do!" He said as Uzui blinked.

"...your dad..who is a former hashira." He pointed out as Rengoku just laughed.

"I'm sure she and my younger brother would really get along!" He said skipping over that little glaring issue.

Uzui blinked again Rengoku didn't get the braincell today it seemed.

"Well, you won't need to worry about that, she's with me now," Shinobu said smiling

"Actually, we all will have to have time with her." The Master said and we all looked at him.

"Master?" Shinobu asks.

"Well we will all need to learn about her, and I think she should go on some mission with you all at some point. But I know you will all need to trust her so I want you all to get to know her." He instructs.

"Which one of us gets to spend time with her first master!" Misturo asks bouncing up and down, he is excited about this.

Shinobu simply smiled, but under that smile was annoyance. He already had her in his home..he didn't see why she needed to leave...

"Huh...? What are we talking about now..? I was just thinking...if a girl...or maybe..a bird.." Tokito said as he came out of his world once more.

(I love how Uzui cares so much for Rengoku but is like 'you're dumb.")

"Oh... She was the woman I was thinking about... Yes... I would like that." He would like to get to know his Marie. That would be ideal. He just hoped he would not forget.
