The Ambush

Then, at the seas of Hong Kong, Simon rose up with an intimidation display roaring and smashing through a bridge

Simon: Where are you two!?

The people fled in panic towards the Titan shelters and quickly got underground, not too far away from him at Monarch Base, a car droves over to the base as Gupta went over to Tyler to find out what was happening.

Gupta: This is the day we feared. I've given the order, Doctor. The city has been evacuated.

Meanwhile, Down below in the throne room

Shira: I don't understand. They led us here. Where's the source

Ruby: *Noticed her axe began glowing* Huh?

It took for the gang and Earl to noticed the glow as well. Ruby then notices the ground part shaped like the axe and approached.

Shira: What is she doing?

Ruby then places her axe on the pattern. Then, it starts to glow brighter, charging by absorbing radiation from the core, the axe forms a large pattern in the form of a Gojira's species

Holley: It's the axe, it's drawing radiation from the core, like it's charging.

Back up in Hong Kong

Simon: *Notices his dorsal plates glowing with no reason* What the?? Hm... *rises up and his dorsal plates starts to glow. And so his throat and his almost entire body and fires his atomic breath straight into the ground*

At the Apex base

Clark: Woah! Simon's responding! They found it!

Tyler also took noticed of Simon's destruction.

Tyler: What the hell??

Down below in the throne room, Apex men deployed a spider droid to extract the sample

Earl: *lowers his head, as he looks at the machine, as well as Ruby* Huh?

Holley: What are you doing?

Shira: Extracting a sample

Holley: This is a power beyond our understanding. You can't just drill into it.

Shira: Actually, we can.

The droid then began use a laser to extract a sample.

Ruby: What's-what's happening to you?

Shira: My father gets what he wants. That's Apex property now.

Holley: What?

John: *detects* Energy signature incoming, we should be able to recreate it soon

As Apex was reciving the sample, a heated debate erupted back down below.

Holley: That is the discovery of the millennium. You can't strip it for parts.

Shira: Hold it.

The men aim their rifles and John, Maria and Jia, much to Ruby's shock, but that makes Earl even more enraged

Ben: *hugs Holley's leg afraid*

Ruby: But we trusted you.

Enraged, Earl then roars at them

Earl: DON'T HURT ANYONE LIKE THIS!!!!!

All off the sudden, the area around them begins to rumble. The derbis woke up a swarm of Hellhawks nesting in the roof.
