As the film begins with a thunderstorm in Monster Island back in 2018, when Keizer Ghidorah's alpha call awakens numerous titans to destroy the world under his orders. The call awakens numerous Skullcrawlers, who were among the monsters the Emperor summoned to assist in his goals of destroying humanity and all life on earth. However, one of the Cranium Reptants sensed another titan approaching him from the treeline.

Anguirus: MAAAARONK!!

Anguirus was one of the many residence, not responding to Keizer Ghidorah's call, prepared for conflict with the Skullcrawlers. The beast soon engaged into a fight with the ankylosaur, wrestling and mauling each other viciously, until it gained the upperhand of knocking Anguirus into the ground. As the predator attempted to bite onto Anguirus' neck, a massive green reptile emerged from the water, also not responding to Keizer Ghidorah's call.

Earl: SKREEEOONKKK!!!

The screen went black as the credits began to play featuring various ancient artworks of Titans, along with cave pantings and news clipings, along with the audio recordings.
