Toto's POV:
It was a good afternoon. The sky was a beautiful shade of orange, the fall breeze brushing through my hair, and the usual people on the streets with smiles on their faces as they walk with their partners. I stop in my step and sigh.
"A month..." I muttered to myself. It has already been a month since I realized my feelings for Ron Kamonohashi.
At first I thought it was just platonic love, that feeling you have toward a very special friend. But as time goes by I keep realizing more details that would make my heart flutter in my chest. His blue mystical eyes, his shaggy black hair, his playful manner, his musky smell, his body heat, and more.
The more I realize this, the more I worry. I don't want Ron and I's friendship to end because of my stupid feelings. So I just sat back and observed for a month, hoping these feelings would go away. Ron would probably be more into people like Amamiya-sempai.
But I've decided to stop thinking like that now. Ron isn't the type of person to end a friendship over such childish feelings! I have decide to ask for a break off work and go somewhere with Ron so then I could finally tell him my feelings!
I smile at myself determined and continued walking.
As I walked I pondered on where we should go. I managed to get a whole week off work -which that alone frustrated Amamiya-sempai. Should I look somewhere that is well known for their black sugar syrup? Or should we go on a beach vacation? Does Ron even like the beach? I think he's just the type of person to go any-
My thoughts were interrupted by the sight of a child crossing the rode on a green light. I noticed a big truck rushing toward the child and unconsciously I ran toward the them.
I pushed the child out of the way and for a split second I felt my heart race in fear before-
BANG!
The truck ran into me. I was paralyzed on the floor, surrounded by a pool of my blood. And before I could lose consciousness I said one thing, "Ron..." And after that I saw black.
