Loud music has been playing in Zone 4 the noise has been reported to be waking up residents it the south side of Battery City. They have no information where the noise is coming from or from whom but, they are searching the area now.
In other news a wheelchair has been found out in the desert believed to belong to a proclaimed "Dr. Death" as the words are carved into the wheelchairs metal. Officials have been tracking the fugitive for months now for he has been running a pirated radio station (WKIL 109 FMX) for the gang members in the outer zones the officials now say in I quote "the man is left for the buzzards".
