Issei began to cry and sob
"Don't tell me you're crying" A woman asked Issei as he appeared in his conscious
Issei looked up "Hey wait I know those boobs"
A/N facepalm
"Yes you do, now answer me. Why are you crying?" The lady asked
"Because I'm a loser, and I'm frustrated I can't do anything. Y/N tried to help me but even then I'm still so weak." Issei looked to the ground
"Yes that is rather frustrating, however you're still you" The lady replied
Issei thought of the time Azazel had told him that Issei is himself and he's different. It's okay to master the power of the Red Dragon Emperor a different way
Issei looked up "That's right, I'm the grabbin dragon"
"Indeed that is who you are, accept it and release the potential me and Belzard saw within you. The time has come at last. Hold the orb up to the sky and call it forth" The lady replied
"Call what?" Issei asked confused
"The boobs that are meant for you Issei" The lady folded her arms together as she spoke
(Again another A/N facepalm)
Issei lifted the orb up in the air and was sent back to reality, Y/N looked at Issei who was holding up the orb which started to ignite a large red beam into the sky
"Damn bastard actually did it. I knew he could." Y/N said as he smiled and whispered to himself
Cao Cao began to help his members up as he used his spear to help them out of their tranquility and as they began to walk away, a large magic circle opened up in front of Issei. The HERO faction turned to look at Issei
"Well this is a first. Let's see what you got prepared Issei Hyoudou" Cao Cao said to himself
"The preparations are ready, now call it forth!" The lady said in Isseis head
"Call what forth?" Issei asked again confused
"I already told you, call the boobs that are meant just for you Issei" the lady replied

"Just for me?" Issei said to himself
"YES NOW DO IT!" The lady shouted in Isseis head
"Alright...summon...SUMMON TICKLE BIDDIE!" Issei shouted out
"YOU'RE KIDDING ME ISSEI" Y/N cried out and buried his face in the ground
Suddenly a large red beam shot up into the sky and created a magic circle in the air, and out came Rias with only a bra and bottoms on who floated down slowly
Y/N was sobbing in the floor, realizing that all his efforts would just amount to Issei TOUCHING BOOBS AND NOT HAVING SOME COOL ASS POWER UP THROUGH THE MOTIVATION THAT HE WAS LOSING "FUCK YOU ISSEIIIIII!" Y/N cried into the ground
Rias eventually floated down and was confused "Issei, what's going on? Why am I glowing and why is Y/N crying into the ground?"
"HE WAS SUPPOSED TO DO SOMETHING BADASS, NOT TOUCH TITS! ARGHHHH" Y/N screamed as he looked up to the sky and back to crying into the ground
"Hehe, don't worry about him. Uhhhh can I poke your fun bags?" Issei asked nervously
"ISSEI! I mean, hmph, fine you can" Rias blushed and looked away as she took off her top
