Angel's pov:

I got back from work very late that night,covered in bruises,hickeys,and a lot of other stuff I don't want to say. My legs were shaking like crazy I could barley fucking walk. I assumed everyone would be in bed by now asleep, even Husk usually fell asleep at the bar this late but in the lobby I see Adira pacing, her tail perks up when she sees me

Adira's pov:
Angel... What happened to him? I asked myself although I already knew, Valentino, I was so sick of Valentino, but I would deal with that later, right now I had to take care of Angel right now, I walked over to him
"Angel...." I said my voice cracked a bit
"I'm fine" he said I knew he wasn't
"let me take care of you" I said and took his hand into mine, he wasn't really in a place to argue so he nodded, I sat him down on the couch in the lobby and used healing magic to heal most of the wounds, some were to deep for me to heal without using a ton of energy, energy I didn't have, I led him to his room and lied him down on his bed, I tucked him in and said goodnight he fell asleep almost instantly. His pet pig curled up on his chest falling asleep. I smiled a bit and left. Valentino was going to pay

Narrator:

An Anger brewed inside Adira, am Anger she couldn't quite explain but she wanted to tear Valentino limb by limb and hear his screams. She had never been one to enjoy people in pain unless they deserved and Valentino deserved it, Angel had the day off tomorrow and Adira was going to pay Valentino a visit, she was going to make him pay, she lied down in her own bed falling asleep, she would need to be well rested for tomorrow...
