Friends To Lovers

Part 11

(This story will be written in Katie's Pov unless otherwise said)

I wake up the next morning to Caitlin still fast asleep on my chest

"Cait, we have to wake up training is in an hour"  I see her eyes flicker open then close as quick as they opened, she wraps her arm around my waist and holds me even tighter then she was

"No Katie let me sleep" Caitlin says in her sleepy morning voice now letting go of me and rolling over to pull the blanket over her head

"Cait, we seriously have to get up we can't be late we have the game against Chelsea tomorrow and you know how rough they are gonna play, we have to make sure we're prepared." I quickly get out of bed and walk over to the wardrobe getting out our training clothes placing Caitlin's on the edge of the bed

"I'm having a quick shower" I see Caitlin's head immediately pop up from under the blanket and all of a sudden she has a burst of energy, I go into the bathroom and run the water making sure it's the perfect temperature before I get in, I get in not long after and begin to wash myself my backs turned away from the door when I feel Caitlin's hands grab onto my waist. I turn around and Caitlin is stood there with a small smirk on her face

"Like what you see?" I let out a little chuckle knowing Caitlin's checking my body out

"Yep you're so beautiful Katie. I'll never get over how perfect you are, you're everything I could have imagined in a woman and more."

I feel my cheeks start to flush pink I try to turn away from Caitlin so she doesn't see otherwise she will probably make fun of me, I feel her hands connect to my waist again she gives them a little squeeze and turns me around so I'm looking into her eyes, she pulls me in for a steamy kiss she starts to move down my neck where she then sucks and I know there will definitely be a hickey but at this moment I don't care once she's done at my neck she comes back up to mouth and our lips connect again this time we don't pull apart till we both can't breathe.

"Fuck Cait, I'll never get over kissing you and the way you make me feel. I love you."

"I love you too, so much. Now we better get out otherwise we will actually be late" she pulls me in for another quick kiss then she slips out of the shower and gets her training gear on, I follow not long after. We decide to just get food on the way to training to save a bit of time.

After 2 hours training is finished it was a lot more intense today to prepare us for tomorrow's match, Caitlin meets me out the front of the training ground ready to go home

"Ready to go baby? I'm exhausted and think I need some food and a long nap" Caitlin lets out a small laugh and grabs my hand pretty much dragging me to the car as soon as we sit down her lips are connected to mine

"I've been waiting for that for a while my love, I need to go the shops to grab a few things before we head home" I place my hand on Caits thigh gently giving it a squeeze every now and then. I eventually reach the shops i run in and grab some flowers and food for tonight's dinner then run back to the car

"These are for you my love" I hand her the flowers and her face lights up and she gives me the brightest most beautiful smile. I see her eyes become watery

"Thank you so much Katie, what on earth did I do to deserve you? I love you so much" I lean over and give her a kiss I feel her smiling into it. I swear I fall more and more in love with her each day Caitlin thinks.

"I love you so much Caits, you deserve all the flowers in the world and more."
