Chapter 1.

༒︎𝑲𝒂𝒊𝒛𝒆𝒓'𝒔 𝑷𝑶𝑽 !

I despise school. Loud and crowded places make me irritated. Especially loud people and one specific person especially, And that is Gumii. Well, Gumii is a class clown, popular , rich and I guess a heartthrob. Everyone loves him, I just don't get why.

"Rrrinnnngggg!!!" My alarm goes off.

I sigh, rubbing sleepiness off my eyes and sat up to take a shower. After I showered , I went to the kitchen to make my lunch food since school food was ass. I carefully chop my chicken teriyaki and placed it into the bento box with the rice. After packing my food, I got ready and left my house.

༒︎𝑻𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒑. 10.30𝒂𝒎, 𝒍𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒉.
I was sitting alone in the garden, eating my food that I packed this morning. The wind blows the leaves and the blooming flowers dropped around me as I sat under a sakura tree. The scent of sakura was divine and the beautiful scene of the pond with tons of koi fishes was ethereal.

Suddenly, I heard someone shouting super loud. Approaching my area.

༒︎𝑮𝒖𝒎𝒊𝒊'𝒔 𝑷𝑶𝑽.
I noticed someone's shadow in the garden. Curious, I approached whoever was behind the sakura tree. I slowly creeped up onto them.

"BOO!"

I shout, to scare them. Turns out, it was the grumpy storm that was in my class. Well his name is Kaizer, and he was really quiet. He only speaks when the teacher calls him to answer some questions. He isn't interested in me and probably the only person who doesn't care about whoever I was. Everyone likes me, I was popular , funny and rich. Who wouldn't?

When I scared him, he was unfazed. His expression was colder than the north pole! I had to somehow melt the coldness. Make him one of my fans.. but how?

"Hey, aren't you scared? I came up behind you!"

I said loudly.

He remained quiet. I watched him as he stood up, took his stuff and LEFT. I was shocked. My jaw literally dropped. He had the audacity to ignore me? I run my fingers through my hair, sighing at the process.

The school bell rang, so I walked back to the hallway where my locker is. It sure is crowded with so many people. They were loud too. And I noticed Kaizer, the grumpy storm. He was hesitant and at the corner of the hallway. Is he scared? Does he have social anxiety or something? Well I sure do not know!

༒︎𝑲𝒂𝒊𝒛𝒆𝒓'𝒔 𝑷𝑶𝑽 !

I hate crowds , noisy people and anything that makes me irritated. After lunch, I was waiting at the corner of the hallway for people to move to their classes. I was waiting for them to move their slow asses. Sometimes I just wish that I can pull out a gun and shoot all of them. But no. I sigh, I don't have social anxiety or anything.

My eyes widened when I noticed that stupid popular guy staring at me. What a weirdo!

I stare at how his "fans" crowd around him like he was a celebrity. He was just some stupid guy with looks. Nothing else.

I had some financial problems , but it's not concerning. I just had to work in some part time jobs. And speaking of part time jobs, I have a shift in a café today. I hope I don't see anyone I know in the café I'm working for or it would be embarrassing for sure.

Finally when the crowd in the hallway subsided, I went to my locker to take my books and went to class.

Once I had reached class, I noticed that the last remaining sit was beside the weirdo. I sigh and sat next to him. He was surprisingly quiet, but when the teacher had left , he kept making jokes. Everyone laughed.. and I couldn't help but chuckle a little.

Gumii stared at me like I committed a crime. Which I probably did, for smiling and laughing at his lame ass jokes.

He laughed. He actually laughed. My heart skipped a beat when I saw his small smile and laugh. I smiled back and started blushing a little. He looked at me like I was a weird pervert but he doesn't know how adorable he looked right now.

The teacher walks in and the class groans. Even I did. I hate studying but Kaizer sure does like studying. What a smartass.

༒︎𝑻𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒑, 3:30pm. ༒︎𝑲𝒂𝒊𝒛𝒆𝒓'𝒔 𝑷𝑶𝑽 !

School just ended I rushed back home to change and a small shower before going to work. I went to the café and prepared some of the drinks such as coffees and latté for the customers. I noticed new customers entering and I saw him, Gumii.

"Fuck."

I curse myself when I saw him. I ducked my head down but he noticed me.

"Kaizer? Aren't you supposed to take a rest after all that studying?"

He asks me. I nod my head slightly , not wanting to admit that I'm overworking myself. He didn't bother to ask anymore questions and ordered a red velvet cake with a side of coffee. I simply nodded and served it. He looked at me like I did something wrong. I could tell that he was worried.

"Why are you staring at me like that?"

I ask. I was just confused, he couldn't get his eyes off me.

"What time do you get off work?"

He asked, which was weird.

"7:30pm."

I replied back with a soft smile before taking care of other customers.

༒︎𝑻𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒑, 7:35pm.

I just finished my shift, rubbing my eyes because I was exhausted. I walked out of the café and noticed Gumii waiting for me.  I approached him with a puzzled expression.

"Why are you waiting here?"

I ask.

"Are you having financial problems? Like rent or something."

He dared to ask me that?

I looked at him shocked , before nodding away. I sigh and look away embarrassed that I had to admit it.

"Yes."

I simply replied.

He looks at me and smiles. I don't know if he thinks it is a joke or something. But I don't like how he's smiling.

"I'll help you."

He replied back.

"What?!"
