Crescent Star Darkness Vol 1

Chapter 11

It is an very sunny day in the afternoon. The party keeps walking on after they got to the other side of the rocky mountain. Tom is checking the Map to see how far they still need to go, or how close they are.

Crescent looks at Tom.

"Tom how far are we? Are we close?" Crescent asked.

Tom smiles very happy right now.

"Actually we are pretty close we just need to keep on walking, and we'll be there soon." Tom said.

Everyone smiles hearing this as they were full of joy knowing that they were close to their destination.

"But it is another day's walk, so we will have to Camp out again during the night, and by morning we will be at Lostheart Kingdom." Tom said.

The gourd nods their heads in understanding as they keep on walking, but they did stop to take an lunch break.

The party is having some left over meat that Crescent used an spell to keep it fresh.

Glamorous is even out of the backpack eating lunch as well, but deep down she is thinking about how she is going to bring Crescent and Anubis together.

Crescent and Anubis are sitting next to each other eating their lunch taking an break to rest their energy.

Crescent is blushing a light Pink color an tiny bit feeling her heart beating fast. Crescent is trying to ignore the feeling of the way her heart is beating. Trying to ignore the feeling of butterflies in her stomach. Crescent is having an hard time ignoring them though.

Anubis on the other hand though is loving the way he is feeling around Crescent. The way his heart is beating around her. The way he is feeling butterflies in his stomach around Crescent whenever he is near her. Anubis does like how he feels about Crescent. How he feels around Crescent. How he feels near Crescent, but he is scared to admit them because well he didn't want to get rejected especially by the one he loves. Plus he didn't want to ruin their friendship. He is her first real friend besides Glamorous. He doesn't want to do that to Crescent, so he is going to have to keep his feelings to himself that even includes from his friends and family too no matter what even though how hard he wants to tell his heart desire.

Tom and Duke are sitting next to each other eating their food having their lunch. 

Tom and Duke are looking at Crescent and Anubis seeing their blushing faces while they are next to each other.

"I know Anubis very well, and I can tell that he likes Crescent. But for some reason he won't admit it." Tom said, but only loud enough for them to hear.

Duke nods her head in understanding.

"And I can see that Crescent likes Anubis, but she is scared about her feelings. I think it's because she doesn't want to get hurt again." Duke said.

Tom nods his head in agreement with Duke.

"But how are we going to help them?" Tom said not having an clue about how to approach the situation.

"Same here I don't know how to help Crescent out." Duke said not sure herself either.

Once Glamorous is done eating she walks over to Duke and Tom hearing their conversation.

"I do." Glamorous said sitting down right in front of them.

Both Tom and Duke look at Glamorous wondering what she means.

"What do you mean you do?" Duke asked Glamorous. 

"What I mean is that I know how we can help Crescent and Anubis out." Glamorous said telling them what she means.
