Forgetting You

Chapter Eight

He whispered looking around for his lady when he spotted her. Waving slightly, he tried to grab her attention. Meanwhile his mind began to think what he could do to help her.

Distractions are what he was best at after all, that and other things that won't be mentioned;). As he watched her a small smile came to his face. Glad to see someone who felt the same way about him as he did about her. Friends. Partners.

It was almost as if he had no romantic feelings towards her anymore, sense she kept rejecting him until last year when he finally gave up. Even if he was with Kagami then she was more of a good friend than anything else to him.

getting close enough to reach her target, and looked around for her partner, that she just saw, a few a minutes ago, wondering where he had gone. During that, she kept a close eye on the villain, watching as luka grabbed innocent people, quite literally squeezing the truth out of them, if she were to get caught, her identity would be revealed. If that were to happen, what would chat think of her?! Or more. her identity would be revealed to the whole city of Paris if it were to come to that.

Though, if it did, she just hoped chat would lure luka away from the population if she were ever caught. Due to protocol, and the rule of not having their identities revealed until shadow moth was defeated. If it happened by accident, she would risk chat seeing her, rather than the entire city of Paris.

But luka wouldn't do that to her right? There's no way of knowing for sure.

Now being distracted by a wave from none other than chat noir, she gave a smile to him, and snuck her way over.

"What a coincidence? No Akuma's in over a year, and then suddenly two appears when u decide to get into your suit again? ~ you have me curious if your shadow moth kitty cat~"

ladybug teased him like old times and elbowed the boy jokingly. Keeping an eye out at the villain as well, watching as there were two ways to get caught. 1, by his freakishly large hands, and 2, being in sight of his 3rd eye. Basically, everywhere he looks, making things difficult.

seeing his Bugaboo land next to him and making small remarks made him laugh. It reminded them of all of the old laughs they had.

"I wish I was, it would make it, so I'd get more sleep. Getting to choose my hours" he added winking at her.

seeing her in a light mood made his mind slowly alone into fighting mode, instead of being stuck in the thoughts of the girl he fell for.

Standing up and using his baton to hold himself up he let a sly smile go. Putting a hand on his chin he looked between himself and the Akuma for a second before talking.

"Time for this mysterious chat to get to work huh. He is mad at me after all ma'lady so-" he paused and began to jump away. "Don't take too long bugaboo" he hollered as he began to make his way towards Luka.

"Luka! Remember me, let's play a game. Who she likes more-Oh wait I already won!" He said trying to get him madder.

seeing the Akuma's attention switch to him he began to run. Dodging all of the rays flown at him. He knew at this moment he needed to buy enough time not to be hit. It was a make-or-break moment. No one would bet see him the same if they knew his real face.

looking behind himself as he ran, he nearly was hit but manage to doge it. That was when the thought of Marinette popped into his head. He hoped she was okay and not doing anything crazy like she sometimes would do.

"I Hope you're okay princess." He whispered to himself breathily as he ran slowly becoming out of breath as his body began to weaken from the activities of before.
