joking with the boy, she saw him pour another glass for himself, seeing how he took it all in one go. She did the same and made the sourest face ever known to man, shaking her head making a 'Bleh' sound.

"Never. Doing. That. again."

Then, suddenly the emotion of the room changed when he made eye contact with her, now, it seemed like their deep conversation had begun.

'When I was young, I made a lot of mistakes by not being strait forwards, or by not being honest'

She bit her lip, looking down at her empty glass, having a strange tingle feeling in her stomach, probably from the wine.

"Yea, me too. I have a friend. I haven't seen in a while, and we had nothing but secrets, he hated it, and it hurt because all i wanted to do was be honest with him. "

She is looking up at him and gave a side smile of reassurance.

"What's your reason? For. you know."

"I have a friend-"

as he heard every word, she said he felt his heart break, slowly more and more with ever word and knew this was a conversation that needed to be had.

Grabbing the bottle he slowly poured a little more into her cup and placed it back down. Before leaning into the counter more, tilting his head down to look at his glass for a second.

With a small snicker he looked back up ready to be honest for once.

"We'll my friend, I hurt all because I couldn't be honest with myself. I was too scared to tell her the truth because I never wanted to admit it to myself" he spoke.

Looking her in the eyes he had a small 'I feel bad' smile. Before continuing.

"And because of me-not telling the truth. I hurt her and she fell for someone who I wish was me" he said honestly.

If it wasn't for the Alcohol, he wouldn't have been completely honest like he was. He would have been more respectful because she was with someone.

Marinette listened to him as her glass was poured, watching as the liquid filled itself to the brim.

'We'll my friend, I hurt all because I couldn't be honest with myself'

Boy did that hit home, she smiled, and let out a huff, as a way she showed that she understood. Then, as he continued, she slowly looked up at the blonde Infront if her, with every word sounded more familiar as it continued.

When he stopped, she stayed silent, thinking bout what he said. And now, finally, her eyes met his. Her cheeks turned from a natural pink to a red. Realizing what he meant.

"O-oh, ah.. about um.. about luka, Adrien, things are tough, he's not the same. Since then, I've started thinking maybe it would have been different if I just didn't disappear after, that day..."

His eyes glanced from her eyes to her lips as she began to talk about luka. Each word made him just want to hold her and tell her things would be okay, but he knew he wasn't drunk enough for that.

Finishing his glass once again he smiled having an idea that was either going to be a hit or a miss.

"What would you do if I kissed you right now" he spoke with no remorse.

His brain was clouded with his own selfish desire, wanting her all to himself. It was to the point where rejection didn't scare him at this point.

His cheeks were rose as he looked her face up and down once more before placing a hand on his cheek, leaning it into the counter.
