After graduating, Arishfa worked at a prestigious hospital where she quickly made a name for herself as a skilled and compassionate doctor. However, her unconventional personality and outspoken nature often clashed with the hospital's more conservative atmosphere.

One day, Arishfa publicly clashed with a senior doctor who made offensive comments about her hijab. Arishfa refused to back down, and the resulting media attention forced the hospital to take action. The senior doctor was fired, and Arishfa became a symbol of Muslim women who refuse to be silenced.
