Chapter 24 :

A 5 years old boy lying on the hospital bed looking pale and weak but still smiling seeing her mother whom he love so much..

"How is he now dr?" The boy's mother asked

"He is now much better don't worry mrs khan" arishfa said with her sweet smile

"Thank you so much doctor for saving my ali" mrs khan said with moist eyes

"Don't thank me thank allah swt he is the one who saved ali I'm just a servant" arishfa said with her soft voice and mrs khan nodded

"How are you feeling now ali?" Arishfa asked now looking towards ali who smiled at her

"Alhamdulillah I'm fine" he said with a cute smile

"Mashallah good now take rest haan" arishfa said and left to see other patients

"What happened Bhai it's almost 11 pm and you're asleep?" Reyaan asked seeing ruhaan at living room

"What are you doing?" Ruhaan asked back

"Nothing just came to make coffee" reyaan said while showing his cup

"Now answer my question" reyaan said taking a sip

"Must be missing bhabhi right bhaiya" tabish said coming out of nowhere

"Shut up" ruhaan said to tabish while reyaan smiled

"Then tell us what happened?" Tabish said standing beside reyaan and ruhaan infront of them

"You know she left without eating I'm sure she didn't had her dinner and the things going on India made me a little scared" ruhaan said with concern and they nodded understanding

"Okay so let's go to the hospital with food and will stay at the hospital with bhabhi" tabish said

"How can we just go and stay there?" Ruhaan asked being confused

"Bhaiya we're mirza's we can do anything" reyaan said with pride

"Yes so let's go I will call zoya to come as well" tabish said taking out his phone

"And I will call alisha" reyaan said

"We're not going to picnic" ruhaan taunted making them roll their eyes

"Bhai let's go I told her to come now nothing could happened" tabish said and they left for hospital

After 20 minutes of ride they reached the hospital and saw alisha and zoya also coming out of the car together. They greeted eachother and came inside the hospital and went towards arishfa cabin

"Excuse me where are you going" a nurse stopped them infront of arishfa's cabin

"To meet doctor arishfa" alisha said

"Do you have any appointment?" The nurse asked

"We don't need appointment to meet her" tabish said

"Why who are you if you don't have an appointment you can leave" the nurse said sternly and they chuckled

"Are you new here?" Zoya asked in a low voice and the nurse nodded

"I knew we're doctor arishfa's family we can meet her without appointment" alisha said and the nurse started thinking something and called another nurse

"Miss alisha and zoya you here?why are you standing here?" The another nurse asked

"Finally someone recognised us" zoya murmured slowly
