♛  𝐅 𝐥 𝐨 𝐫 𝐚   𝐁 𝐚 𝐧 𝐝 𝐨 𝐡 𝐫  ♛

   As soon as I woke up in the morning, Lisey and Marillyn were already inside my room preparing everything I would need this morning, my breakfast was on my table and the bathtub in my room was almost full.

"Good morning, your highness. What do you want to do first? Take a shower or eat?" Lisey asked with a smile on her lips. As it was good to be with them again, I got up and quickly pulled them into a hug, they were always professional in their work, but we had created a good friendship after so many years of them taking care of me.

"I think I'll want to shower first." I replied with a smile.

   I got into the hot tub, it was boiling just as I liked it so much. It wasn't the temperature I used to heat it to but it was good. Lisey brought a new soap that smelled like roses and with a small towel she started rubbing the skin on my arms while Marillyn brought my favorite perfumes.

"Which one will you want to wear today, princess?"

"You can choose one. Whatever you think would look best for an important meeting."

   She nodded and left one of the perfumes on my dresser and then turned to go put the others in their place.

   I closed my eyes and allowed myself to get lost in my thoughts, I would have to prepare myself for the counselors' idiotic comments. I would have to somehow demonstrate that I was good enough to inherit the throne.

   Marillyn chose a red dress for me to wear today and Lisey tied my hair into a braid so tight it made my hair look shorter. As soon as I was ready, I left my room to find Benjamin outside waiting for me. I was early, but I didn't care.

"Good morning Benjamin." I spoke calmly as I approached him who lowered his head.

"Good morning princess." he replied, his voice seemed to be a little hoarse as if it was the first time he had said anything since he woke up this morning. I felt a warm sensation in my chest and quickly tried to ignore it to focus on my day today. First, find my parents and brother and give them a big hug. Second, do everything I can to demonstrate that I'm great to be the heir to the throne at the meeting with the advisors that would be coming soon. Third, have a tea party with some young noblewomen my age so I can catch up on everything that has been happening in Bandohr.

   I headed towards my brother's quarters first, I was very excited to see how much he had grown. I wanted to hug him and tell him how much I missed him and at the same time I want to hit him and scream at him and ask him why you never wrote to me?"

   However, when I arrived at his quarters I realized that he wasn't there, so I decided to ask a guard who was passing by.

"Where is Prince Philip?"

"His Royal Highness Prince Philip is at the training camp with His Majesty the King." he replied, bowed to me when I thanked him for the information and went back on his way, he must have been in a hurry.

   I headed towards the training field, of course my father didn't need to hide the training from my brother, after all as a prince, a man, he had a duty to learn to control his powers and to be a good warrior.

   I looked at the ground, as I walked towards the training field, I could see Benjamin's shadow behind me. He seemed to be even bigger and more intimidating than he already was, if I hadn't known him I might have been filled with fear at this moment and one of the many times Benjamin followed me as if he were my own remnant and was attentive to everything around us. I knew he was an excellent knight, and I knew that after training in Eldhor he must certainly be better than he already was and that to outsiders may seem scary.
