Chapter 13 - Bat shit crazy

YVONNE POV

Damn my head hurts, why are the lights so bright. Opening my eyes I realise I am not in my room and this is a hospital room freaking deja vu except if its not and I just dreamt all this. Oh god I need help. Should I escape? Sounds wise, as I am contemplating running away I recognise a voice outside my room. Doni.
"So doc how bad is it?" He sounds concerned "Well her ribs are bruised but the swelling will leave soon as well as the discoloration, thankfully nothing is broken and she should take painkillers when she feels discomfort but could I ask how she got hurt?" I could have told him that, doctor isn't helpful at all also nosy why would he wanna know. Oh in order to call CPS (Child protective services) as if I'm being abused or something like that.    "To be honest, I have no clue. You see she was in this exchange student programme and she just came back a few days ago." Long exchange that was but at least I know what to say if I'm asked. At that the door opens. "Oh hey Vonnie, how are you feeling?" Don asks me "Good big bro, no big deal!" At that he gives me a pointed look as if we will talk about it later. Then a nurse comes in holding my test results followed by Cy, Jason and Hector who comes and sits next to me continuously saying sorry "Hector I swear to god stop saying sorry I am fine, just clumsy it wasn't your fault. So shush or I am getting a brother you are scared of to beat you, probably Don." At that he shuts up.

"So she will have to take iron supplements but that's fine, otherwise she is good" the nurse tells Don and makes to leave "Oh shoot i forgot congrats by the way!" She says "Huh? Congrats for what?" I ask befuddled "You are pregnant!" "Ahh, okay" everyone nods. Wait a minute "WHAT" Everyone in the room including me asks at once. Cy explodes first "YVONNE I WILL MURDER YOU NO I WILL MURDER HIM WHO WAS IT?" then Hector starts to act the same "WHO THE FUCK TOUCHED YOU THEY ARE DEAD" what the heck is happening "I wish I knew" damn that sounds bad "YOU DON'T KNOW, DAMN VON HOW COULD YOU BE SO IRRESPONSIBLE" Jason joins in "SHUSHH" Don's voice booms over the others shutting them up "Now could you please repeat that?" He asks the nurse thought gritted teeth "Yes miss Andrikou is pregnant it says so on the chart"

"Did you say Miss Andrikou?" The nurse nods "Oh my god woman look at all the drama you caused, I am miss Andretou. Huge difference. Now please go find that woman and bring my actual chart."I dismiss her. The three that were too fast to react are left speechless. "Thanks a lot for your trust guys greatly appreciated. Now when she brings back the chart can we go I'm tired and want my bed" "Sure" Don says placing a kiss on my forehead before he exits the room. "So Vonela, any hot dudes at school?" Cy asks "For you or for me?" I ask back "For neither" Jason replies

"Why neither?" I ask "Yeah dude for real, like our sis I get but Cyra is scary, and single so why getting involved in her love life?" Hector asks

"Because you dumbass, since Von has no other friends here if she starts dating, this one here will be thridwheeling and will find someone in order not to thirdwheel" he says pointing at me. Acting shocked I gasp "I would definitely not do that, okay actually thinking about it maybe I would, but she would be the one to find me a boyfriend so I can't tease her for being lovey dovey" at that Cy let's out a chuckle in agreement. "Didn't we say no boys?" Hector pleads.

"Like I said YOU said no boys, I said nothing and also that dude approached me not me him so dont get your panties in a twist. Because I am not interested into having a relationship at all, they are just-" I am interrupted by Raf and Jo bursting in the room." You could have at least informed us which hospital you were going to" Raf angrily tells Don who replies with an eyeroll as they come in the room. "You" now Josie looks angrily at Hector whilst slapping him "You could have" slap "fricking" slap "told us" slap "you were following Adonis" slap but this one was way harder as he let out a sound "OUCHH" then Josie smiles "In my defense I had no clue I would follow them, I was going out to clear my head so I took the motorcycle" at that my eyes widen.
"You have a motorcycle?" Cy who was talking to Jason in the corner of the room turns her head so fast I would have sworn someone hit her in the face. "NO ABSO-FUCKING-LUTELY NO YVONNE NEFELI ANDRETOU" damn full name and curse word. This catches everyone's attention and I see Don hiding a smirk "Why do you say that Knight?" He asks her "Because she is bat shit crazy." she states "Oi that's rude" I say clearly offended at her statement "But true" Hector says "Seems pretty accurate to me" Jas also says "I mean considering what we talked about, I have to agree" Jo says apologetically taking me back to our convo on the hospital in the States. "Talked about what ?" Raf enquires curiosity obvious in his face "Um nothing important, just past relationships she had" Jo says making me want to face palm but choosing not to, but really worst timing ever I was just telling them I don't want a relationship.
Hector chokes on his water as she utters those words "Did you say relationships as in more than one?" Don asks but is interrupted as I was by the rest of the bros coming inside "Someone could have informed us, that she is fine at least" Nick says mad for the first time. "SHUSH" all four brothers that were in the room already tell him turning their attention to me "What's happening?" Mr Rapunzel asks, what the hell is he even doing here "I'd like to know too" Gabi says coming to hug me "We were talking about relationships " Raf grits "Hah cool you got the others on board to let you date?" Ty's head pops in, well doesn't this keep getting better. "I'm sorry how did we get to this point in the conversation again?" Cy says making me agree because we just left this topic a few minutes ago. "Actually we didnt get to hear, why Yvonne doesn't want a relationship, so proceed" First name again damn but okay if that's how you wanna play it Adonis.

"Because boys are just interested in scoring, like hitting and quiting or whatever, fucking and dumping, just caring to-" A hand goes over my mouth, not allowing me to continue my phrase "We get it" Lio says as Gabi has his hand still over my mouth, making me think of biting him though it seems wiser to not speak. "Okay since we cleared that, why did you say no to the motorcycle thing Cy" Jo days in an attempt to change the topic, as there is obviously tension. A laugh cuts through the tension, and we all turn towards it."Why are you laughing?" I ask kinda amused at Rapunzels face. "Nothing nevermind,sorry" he says.

Well that's rude.

"No I'm curious now, please I need to know I am a very curious person" I plead smiling he replies "I was replaying all the things you said about guys, and then the motorcycle thing and I wanted to know what you'd say after caring about,since E cut you off and I was just replaying all the possible sport things you could use" I chuckled at that "Oh you mean except scoring, well there is the hockey reference of caring to only shoot their pucks at our nets, or another could be" "Can we sedate her?" Gabi asks Raf and the girls are just laughing "I don't see what is so amusing and why do you want to shut me up so badly?" I ask and no brother mets my eyes except Don. "Because lil sis we don't wanna hear, or imagine someone "score" with you" he grits "Ah valid reason, don't worry though not like you'd know.
It's not that obvious when it happens, like it doesn't show up in your forehead or something"

"Which also reminds me Cy we need to deffo visit a country where they play hockey" at that Ty looks at me weirdly "Von we lived in a country that they played hockey" I roll my eyes "Well in our state they didn't, also shush wasn't speaking to you" Cy smiles "Sure Von but why?" Now this will anger the bros but it is a true statement and I'd forget "For hockey players duh, from what I hear they are super hot and well you get it" at that Josie catches what I am doing and decides to play along "It's true I can confirm it"
"How can you confirm it?" Raf asks, this is just amazing. "Experience duh!" She says mischievously and then gets a call excusing herself but followed by Raf. Then I see Hector in front of me looking at me his eyes darker than usual."Now Yvonne, where did you hear that from" I let out a chuckle "See, well technically I didn't actually hear about it. Um it was a different arrangement." Oops I think I broke them.

CYRA POV

Oh god this is priceless, I have to had so much fun in such a long time these boys won't last with Vonnie and her questionable personality. Always trying and teasing them. Now, Hector looks like he is lagging while Emilio looks frozen not even blinking. Nick has his mouth agape and is trying to speak, Jasy is taking deep breaths with Gabe not knowing if he heard right and Adonis having his hands in a first and his eyes closed in thought. Ty is next to me but matches their vibe looking confused as to what arrangement this crazy biatch had, and how he didnt realise. Flustered Adonis decides to speak and I'm barely containing my laughter looking at Von's innocent face hoax. "I think I will regret this but here it goes. What kind of arrangement do you mean?" She contemplates what to say but Ty's subconscious seems to have taken over and doesn't leave her time to talk.

"How could you have an arrangement and what type of arrangement could that be. As we said there were no hockey players or teams in our state. Also I'd have known if you dated anyone hut you didn't I may wear glasses but I am not blind, all you did was stay on your phone most of the day." At that I break, I just can't hold in my laughter anymore and the boys all look at me with confusion but the door opens and their vision is directed to the situation in front of us. "Josephine Louise Alterny what type of experience do you have with hockey players tell me now" Rafael shouts behind her storming inside the room.Yeah I'm definitely done this flored me, mostly because she doesn't even have a middle name and so many people have thay specific one.
My laugh seems to be infectious as Jo also breaks down laughing probably because this is so funny to her too. Laughing and on the floor another heartfelt laugh is heard and it's Yvonne now, tears spilling from her eyes from how hard she is laughing. As Jason tries to speak the door opens and we come face to face with a furious Mirjeta and her husband behind her.

The parents are back! Hope you enjoyed this chapter I found it funny but my humour is lowkey broken tbh, but I thoroughly enjoy the idea of overprotective brothers and jealous oblivious to their feelings guys *cough* Rafael*cough*. Shit was that a spoiler? Eeh whatevs!
