(an: yay first fanfic!! okay so sorry for the grammar mistakes and stuff and also i might change up some things in the og naruto plot bc im author and i can do anything<3 love u guys)

ps- there will be headcanons at the bottoms for naruto characters bc you really don't see anything like that in this\\

(chapter 1 and 2 are kinda filler but some important things happen in chapter 3 and entrance exams are gonna be in chapter 4)

It was a very normal day in the hidden leaf village. Everyday a person may die, or a baby could be born—it just so happens that today a child was born that should have never been able to walk the earth. 

An exhausted new mother breathes heavily as she watches the nurses clean off her newborn. her partner picks up a rag and wipes the sweat off of her forehead.

They trade sweet words. "I think the name we should go with is Maize." he says, grasping her hand in his.

"I'm glad you are going with my idea." she smiles sweetly at him

The nurse hands the woman her child.

"my baby.." she coos holding the infant close to her chest, rocking the child slightly.

"I think she's opening her eyes.." the man says, his heart racing in fear and anticipation.

the baby's arms flail about until she finally rubs her eyes and starts to open them little by little. she makes baby noises and finally opens her eyes.

both the women and the man gasp

One of the baby's eyes is a light lavender while the other is onyx black. the mix of a hyuga and an uchiha.

"i-i have to go.. My clan won't approve of this. they might kill me.." the man says with a quivering lip.

"I understand." the woman sighs sadly but understands.

After that night the man made it his purpose to go on as many dangerous missions as possible. if he's not ever in the village then maybe no one would connect the dots that he fell in love with an uchiha.

Dear Diary,          Date: I Forgot

         Today that naruto boy painted over the hokages faces. A lot of people were mad but I thought it was pretty funny.

         Mom sat me down this morning to talk to me about my father. I have a different father than Shisui but I've always seen him as my brother. I never met my dad but I not once really felt like I needed to. Well i guess i never will because he went MIA, I should be sad—or angry but i don't feel anything. Does that make me a bad person?

       My mom thinks he's dead so she's giving me a day off from the academy which is nice. I'll probably train at my secret spot or go down through the village shops but I also feel selfish for not grieving. Maybe I'll talk to Shisui about this later.

location- hidden leaf village

     A girl walks down the dry dirt road leading to the main streets of the hidden leaf village. She drags her feet every few steps, zoning out occasionally only coming back to her senses to make sure she's still going in the right direction. It's around a twenty minute walk from the Uchiha compound to her favorite tea stand. Today she slept in without the burden of the academy waking her early.

'What if I walk too fast and get there before it opens?' she thinks to herself as her already slow steps get even slower 'but if i go too slow someone might sit in my favorite seat before i can get there—no, no i don't own that specific chair other people can sit there..' jumbled thoughts roam her busy brain as she makes her way down to the shops.
