Prolouge

What's up guys!! So in case you're wondering, I'm officially a teenager!!! Yay me! Anyways, this is my new book tattoo and I have a lot of confidence in this story. And its a very interesting idea. And I'll try and update every day if I can! So here goes nothing!

In this dystopian society version of New York city, life is very different than what you're probably used to. In this society, theres no Broadway. Nothing that you'd expect to be in modern day New York. Through grades 1 through 6, everyone gets a standard education. At the end of sixth grade, you decide on one of six topics that you would want to persue in high school. Each floor of the high school and what's on that level is determined by popularity of that department. On the first floor of high school, is the most popular department, English. The second floor is Science, the third floor is Math, the fourth floor is History, the fifth floor is physical activities, and on the sixth and top floor is the least liked, least popular, and least appreciated department, the music department. Once you chose a department, that is your department, no switching! Oh, and one last thing, the day after your sixteenth birthday, a tattoo appears on the front of your right shoulder. That tattoo is a name. That name is the name of your soulmate, the one person in this dystopian society that you are destined to be with. And the thing is, you have to find this person. It doesn't matter if its your best friend and it'll make things awkward, you have to end up with this person or, so help you God. What happens when Riley, a science geek, gets the name Eliza on his shoulder? And what happens when he bumps into Eliza on his way to school? Will he tell her? And what happens when Eliza, a hardcore musical genius, gets the name Riley on her shoulder? Will the two come together by fate, or will it be forced upon them? And what happens when they find out that they're soul mates? Well, you'll just have to keep reading to find out ;)
