As I slowly regained consciousness, the fog of sleep began to lift, replaced by a dull ache in my head. My eyelids felt heavy, it was a herculean task just to open them, blinking against the light emanating from my table lamp. The first thing I noticed was the tightness around my wrists and ankles. Confusion set in as I tried to move, only to realize I was tied to the bed.

My senses sharpened as I took in my surroundings. I turned my head slightly and saw Ichinose sitting next to me, her expression a mix of concern and an unsettling intensity.

"Good, you're awake," she said quietly, her voice tinged with relief and possessiveness.

I tested the restraints, feeling the rope dig into my skin. She had tied them with care, ensuring they were secure but not too tight.

"Ichinose, what is the meaning of this?"

Blue orbs met mine, and for a moment, I saw a flicker of guilt, just as quietly as I saw it, it was replaced with determination.

"I had to do this, Kiyotaka. To protect you, to keep you safe from those who don't understand you. From those who don't love you like I do."

Her words were unsettling, but I stayed composed. This was a side of Ichinose I hadn't anticipated, a level of obsession that had driven her to extreme measures.

"You know this isn't normal behavior. You can't just tie someone up because you think it's for their own good." I replied, keeping my voice steady.

She moved closer to me, her eyes devoid of any life. "You don't understand, Kiyotaka. I'm the only one who truly gets you. I've seen who you are, the kindness beneath your calm exterior. No one else can appreciate you the way I do."

Her grip on the edge of the bed tightened, I can hear the creak from the bedpost. I know there was no immediate danger, but the situation needed careful handling.

"If you really care about me, Ichinose, you need to let me go. This isn't the way to show your feelings."

She shook her head.. "I can't. Not yet. You need to see that we belong together, that no one else deserves you."

The room fell silent, her words hanging heavily in the air. My mind raced, considering my options. This was a delicate situation, requiring not just rational thought but an understanding of Ichinose's emotional state. Her actions were driven by love and desperation, and any misstep could make things worse.

"Ichinose," I said gently, trying to reach through her obsession. "We can talk about this. But first, you need to untie me."

Ichinose looked conflicted, her resolve wavering. For a moment, I thought I had reached her, but then she shook her head again. "Not until you understand, Kiyotaka. Not until you see that we're meant to be together."

The tension in the room was intense, you could almost cut it with a knife. I could see the some items on the table out of the corner of my eye, one particular item struck out to me. This made her intentions very clear, but I still needed to know more about what she was planning.

Ichinose's hands were soft and trembling slightly as she cupped my face, her eyes locking onto mine. "I love you, Kiyotaka," she said, her voice a mixture of vulnerability and intensity.

She leaned in slowly, her breath warm against my skin. I didn't resist as our lips met. Her kiss was gentle, tasting faintly of lavender, a delicate contrast to the seriousness of the situation. Though I had only kissed Kei before, I could sense Ichinose's inexperience. Despite the circumstances, the kiss was tender and almost innocent.
