Chapter Two: The Challenge
Stefan groans in pain. He drank too much last night that he didn't even remember how he came back home. With a lady of course. He turns back to see the blonde is still asleep. He huffs. He drops his towel and picks out his clothes from the cupboard.
He chooses to wear a navy blue shirt and black jeans, boots usual. As he's done dressing up, he grabs his motorcycle keys. It's safe to ride a motorcycle because it's a easy way to dodge the paparazzi and the ladies.. They're are ready to their throw bra and panties at him. He literally has a collection of them.
He comes out of the room. His manager is pacing around. "Nik, I'm going to the hospital" Stefan says as he walks past him.
"Do not let them pay to other hospitals. I want to shoot in this one. So, make sure to convince the director, buddy" he says slapping his managers arms few times as he hurries.
"Oh!" He stops. Turns back. "Drop the lady at her home and make sure I don't ever see her again" he winks as he walks away.

Elena walks and notices deadly gazes at her like she's surrounded by a lot of hyenas, ready to feast on her anytime.
She looks around, the stuffs, few regular patients, all look so mad at her that she needs to swallow hard. A pet on her back brings her out, "Don't worry about them. They're just mad that you used your power to kick their favorite home boy and ruined their only chance to see their God" Caroline whispers as she keeps walking with me.
"God? Really!" She's disgusted by the word. He's a human being like everyone one of them. Caroline chuckles. "To them, he is. Even I'm a fan of his" Caroline says proudly. Elena rolls her eyes. "Look, it's for the best, alright. This is not a f-ing theatre where we're going to entertain ourselves. This is hospital. People comes here to recover and some of them don't make it" Elena says seriously, going back to her doctor and principal mood. Caroline throws her hands in the air. "Fine, doc. Whatever you wants. I'll see at the Mikaelson's" Caroline says leaving a gentle kiss on Elena's cheek as she goes away. Elena smiles and gets in her room.
But she doesn't know two pair of ears has been listening to her.

Elena's going through the pages of a file. Few kids are playing outside their ward. Elena looks at them and smiles. But suddenly the kids start chasing each other around Elena. Elena stands still "Kids! Stop running in the hallway" Elena says loudly but they refuse to listen to her as they continue to chase each other around her.
Elena follows their gaze but suddenly one of the kids push her from behind. It causes her to lose her balance. Elena closes her eyes, ready to fall down but instead she feels a very hard rock solid pair of arms stops her from falling.
She falls onto some guy. Elena slowly opens her eyes when she feels it. She firstly notices his eyes. Forest green eyes, so dreamy and so glistening. And then her eyes fall on his lips. Reddish pink but sure as hell so kissable. Her heart is fluttering like a high school girl. Her mouth is wide open when he sees her. She's having a pit in the stomach, good pit like butterflies.
"Are you okay?" He says with concern. His voice is so warm and soft and soothing. She blinks dumbfounded. She nods. Her throats get dry. Don't know how to tell him that let me go so that I run and hide somewhere from this damn feeling you're giving me.
He gently pulls her up, she stands on her heels. "Thank you. I would have hurt myself if you didn't catch me" she says. My hero. She wants to add. He smiles gently. "No worries. Just watch your steps alright?" He says. He feels it. He has melted her inside. She has fell on his charms. That's exactly what he needs a little boost of him and she'll go crazy for him. But guess what he's not that lucky enough.
His face gets hard when he hears the distant voice. "Oh my God! Oh my God! It's Stefan. Stefan Salvatore" Stefan closes his eyes. Fuck my life, he says on his mind. Elena wrinkles her eyebrows. What?! What did she just say!! she looks at her interns.
"Fatema, see. It's Stefan. Over there. Standing infront of Doctor Gilbert" Devi says excitedly, pointing at Stefan. Elena immediately gives Stefan a hard questioning look. Stefan looks at her nervously. Elena breathes out deeper as she gets on her knees to talk to the kids.
"Sweetie" she brushes her thumbs on the boy's cheek who pushed her while playing. "I will give you a treat, if you're being honest with me" Elena says with her sweet voice. The kid smiles widely. "Did you push me on purpose?" She asks sweetly. The boy smiles more but doesn't say anything. But the other kid jumps in. "If I say the truth, can I get the treat?" She says. Elena smiles at her and nods.
"Uncle" she points at Stefan "told us to play and push you. He promised us to give his autograph. My mother is a fan of his" she says proudly, brushing her hair off. Elena closes her eyes, pressing her lips together. Of course, he's an actor, this is the best he can do.
She pets the little girls back and the children run off. Elena stands up and looks at Stefan. "So, you're Stefan Salvatore" she says tilting her head. Stefan raises an eyebrow. Why is she pretending like she doesn't know him? Who doesn't know him? everyone watches his show and loves him. Girls literally throw themselves on him.
"Yes, I'm.. Elena" he says. He knows her name, hy the nameplate on her apron. "Doctor Gilbert" she corrects him. He has no right to call her by her name.
"What are you doing here?" She asks crossing her arms. He has that expression like he's got caught now he's dealing with it. "Ummm.." he puckers his lips. "Talking to you." He says and thinks it's not the nicest way to answer "Saved you from falling" he adds and reminds her.
"By using the children to make me fall so that I can get a good impression of you and let you shoot in the hospital I assume" she says judging him. Damn! She's good. After all she's a doctor. Stefan chuckles nervously. "You caught me" he surrenders.
Elena smiles widely, pressed her lips tightly. She gets closer to him. "But let me get this straight. I'd rather die than giving you the permission to shoot here." She says.
Stefan mouth gets a little open. "Oh! You're feisty. I like that. But what if... I" he pauses to check his phone.
"Huh! He says as he reads. The hospital episode is delayed. It'll shoot in the next week. He looks at her. "What if I make you give me the permission to shoot here" he says leaning down.
Elena smiles again "Not in your life time" she says stranding straight and proudly. Stefan shoves his hands into his pocket. He's sexy. She has to give him a point for that.
"I take that as a challenge. Tell you what, I just get a message from my manager. The hospital episode is going to shoot next week and I've almost ten days for me to make you give me the permission." He says with a very confident smile.
"Challenge accepted because sure in hell I'm not letting you shoot here" she says. Stefan chuckles as he takes a long eye scan on her. His sexgaze makes her a little uncomfortable. She's cute though. Average height, too much clothes on her. A fluffy messy bun and a light make up. Pinkish cheeks probably because she has used a pink highlighter or maybe it's just her natural color. He does not know. He hasn't touched her checks yet. Very irresistible lips. And he wonders how she looks with no clothes. She has olive skin. She's white but tannish.
As he's done checking her out "Then I'll be seeing you much Doctor Gilbert" he says as he walks backward but simply looking at her with a smirk. Elena smirks at him too, nodding her head.
He turns back ready to leave. She looks at his back. He has a hot back. As she's about to turn, he yells "Hey doc!" She looks back. "You've the most softest body I've ever touched. Can't wait to see you in nothing" he shouts and walks away almost in a whoosh. Everyone hears him and they start giggling causing Elena to turn red.
