"FUCK!!"
"Hey! Don't swear!"
"Sorry, sorry..."
"Error...I swear more than you..." Ink looked at Error as he came out of his bathroom dressed in blue cargo shorts that reached past the knee and a black shirt with a cross on his neck. They were getting ready for the first day and the school had decided to host a senior sunrise to commemorate their last year of highschool. So the friends decided that waking up at 4 am and meeting each other at Ink's house to get ready would be a good idea. Ink doesn't live far from the school so it would be a 7 minute walk but the reason they were up so early was for a different reason entirely.
Both of them were dressing to impress.
Well, Error wasInk was gonna wear a simple short sleeved hoodie but Error, being the undiscovered fashionista he is, entirely disagreed with his clothing style and immediately put him in a white shirt decorated with an open overshirt and slightly darker sweat pants. A rainbow dog tag hunn from his neck and fancy white shoes, that he painted and decorated over, finished off the look. It showed just enough of his pigmented bones but not too much that it looks freaky. Error always seemed to embrace his darker marks on his bones and it's made him a bit more confident about his bone disorder as well.
They look fancy but Error said they were sweat pants. Ink calls bull but he knows nothing about clothing. If Error wasn't here he'd probably wear a trashbag everywhere. It's not like he has a reputation to uphold.
Error look through his side of Ink's closet, he comes over so often and often has "fashion disasters" so with the large closet space Ink has he let him have half of it. They're both the same same too so what was Ink's is Error's.
Error doesn't really share but that's mostly because Ink is, like, 99% most likely gonna dirty whatever clothes he's wearing by the end of the day. So he admits that he'll kept his "grippy and dirty hands" off Error's clothes.
Error seemed to be having one of those "fashion crises" right now, not knowing what to wear in order to look "acceptable". Honestly what he was wearing looked fine and made Ink feel a bit overdressed. He enjoys being Error's mannequin but if he can't take his own advice Ink might have to cut this short. They still gotta stop by the kitchen to bring over snacks.
"Stars, I don't know what to wear?" He heard Error's panicked mutterings and zoned back in. He was back in the closet—always and forever 😭— and looked stressed. The sunrise was about to happen in 10 mins and he was worrying over a few clothes.
"Alright! Off we go!" Ink grabbed his friend by the shoulder and somehow dragged him out of his room and down the steps. Error tried to argue but Ink just didn't respond to his panicked attempts to get Ink off of him. He let him go as they were in the kitchen and Ink got a bag to carry all the snacks they were gonna have for the picnic and during the first day. Chocolate cookies, juice boxes, mini muffins, a few other things and small snacks. Error looked defeated and just leaned on the gradient counter as Ink gathered their snacks.
A few minutes later they were out the door with a flashlight, their backpacks filled with simple school supplies, a reusable bag filled with treats, and a blanket to sit on. Ink's backpack was blank, being ready to be decorated as the year goes on. He's been doing this since eighth grade and ever since Error had known them.
Even though Error has only known him for 3 years, they were pretty close. Both being in the same PE class in their sophomore year, they got along because they were both, maybe, sorta, crazy? Error was running on adrenaline and accidentally crashed into Ink while playing soccer. To be fair, Ink was playing rather recklessly and poorly. How someone could do that was questionable but this is Ink Comyet. One of the most unpredictable and infamous kids at Red Cardinal High School. From that day forward, Ink would often hang out and find Error in the gym and they'd chat. Ink was, and still is, a chatterbox and Error could sometimes match his energy but was still that introvert that was adopted by an extrovert. And now they've become stupidly close, as if they've known each other for a decade.
