Evelynn frowns as she sits beside Bella. "Edward saw your leg. What if he tells people?" Bella asks in concern. Evelynn sighs as she takes a wipe and cleans the blood from her skin. "Edrick won't. Not unless he wants us too." She states.
"Now, remember what to say when the doctor gets here?" The demigoddess asks. Bella nods and Evelynn smiles. "Alright. I'm hungry. Getting hit by a van takes it out of a girl. You want anything?" She asks.
Bella nods. "Cheetos please." Evelynn nods and kisses Bella's head before walking out of the room. Her leg was still slightly red, but no one could really tell that. The only sign she was ever hurt was the faint limp as she walked.
As she leaves Bella's room Tyler looks up at her. "I'm so sorry." he says. He had been apologizing profusely since the accident. "Tyler. I'm fine, Bella's fine. Worry about yourself." She tells him, nodding towards the gash on his head. he hesitates before nodding.
The demigoddess smiles and pats his shoulder before walking into the lobby where a vending machine was. She doesn't bother to look as she feels eyes on her. She knew who's they were. She walks to the vending machine, digging through her pocket.
She stops when a someone walks up beside her. "Here." Jasper mumbles as he holds out a 5-dollar bill. Evelynn looks up at him and smiles. His eyes lightening now that the blanket had returned.
The other's had protested against Jasper going to check on her, but after realizing what he had done to Edward, they came with him. The mind reader following after he managed to reattach his arm.
"Thanks." She says, taking the bill and using it to get a bag of Cheeto's and a Twix. Jasper's eyes never leave her as he looks her over. Checking for any wounds. But all he could see was the faint red marks on her left thigh.
"Are you alright?" He asks after a minute. Evelynn looks up at him and smiles. "I'm fine, Handsome." She assures him. His brow's furrow as he looks at her in concern. Both turning as the doors to the hospital burst open.
Charlie storms in, still in uniform as he looks around. Runing over to Evelynn when he spots her. "Eve. Are you alright?" he asks. Pulling her into his arms. "I'm fine Charlie." She tells him pulling away from the hug. "I wasn't even in the crash. I managed to jump out of the way." She assures.
Charlie nods while Jasper turns to her. He could remember smelling her blood, while he didnt feel hunger, he did feel fear. Pure and uncontrollable fear at the Idea she was injured, esspecially when Edward could have helped her.
As soon as Emmett heard the tires he grabed ahold of Jasper and yanked him out of sigh. Mainly to ensure that if anyone was injured he could stop Jasper. But none of the Cullens understood. Edward saw her leg. Yet she seemed fine.
Telling Charlie, she jumped out of the way. "Bella hit her head but other than that she's fine. She got under the truck in time." She lies. Charlie sighs in relief. "She's in room 124" Evelynn informs. Charlie nods, Kissing the demigoddess's head before rushing off.
