*Ronan POV*
The next few classes go by, and I look forward to lunch.
I wanted to check on Cece. She looked uncomfortable this morning. I felt like the overprotective brother when I saw Luis all over her, and touching her.
I could hear him talking as I walked towards class, and he was telling the cousins that he thought she was sooo hot, and that he'd fuck her.
They were talking crap saying she dressed like that for attention. The shorter thicker girl was saying that Cece liked the attention, and would deliberately stick her ass out.
Marissa and Luis laughed at her imitating her. I don't think they noticed me when I walked by, but I didn't want to talk to them anyway.
I kind of just wanted to put them in their place. Jealousy in the form of fake friends.
But Cece was so fucking excited about finally making friends. Do I break it to her, or do I prepare to be there for her when she finds out the truth? Fuck.
I walk into class and see Cece sitting there pulling her stuff out, and her face is so red.
I really do think she's innocent, she doesn't seem like an attention whore to me. But that might be because I care about her.
I try to make her smile by 'booping' her forehead, and it works.
Then Marissa walks in and says hi to me, and I return it as dry as possible. I want her to know that I don't like her.
I turn around and start pulling my shit out. I hear them talking, and I hear her pushing that guy on her.
So annoying, they must be up to something. At least I hear that her annoying cousin, won't have lunch with us.
At lunch they have music in the quad, there's going to be a freshman welcome rally on Friday, so they're doing activities at lunch.
I get there before my friends because my class is closest, so I grab my lunch, and grab a table in the quad. I put my backpack next to me so CeCe could sit next to me.
Marissa gets there first, she says hi and sits in front of me.
She starts asking about what is going on in the quad as a couple of my friends show up and sit next to us.
It's Zack and Brandon. We've been friends since middle school. They both are flirts with all the girls.
Brandon starts flirting with Marissa, and then asks me, "Where's the girl from this morning?"
"I don't know she's probably getting her lunch. " I respond. I turn and look towards the cafeteria.
I see her smiling and talking to one of the football players. I have him in a couple of classes, he's the quarterback or something.
"She is such a flirt, huh? And with a football player," Marissa says looking at her.
"Yikes, that sounds like you're jealous," I say trying to be nice but also calling her out. She looks at me with her mouth open.
Zack, and brandon are looking at her. Brandon starts, "Nah I think she doesn't mean to flirt she's just cool. Plus she's pretty, so that makes her hot."
"They went to school together. He's on the team with me, and he introduced her during orientation. they've known each other for years." Zack says looking at her. I'm turned looking at her too.
