Furina made her way back to Wangshu inn,when she finally arrived,she greeted the clerk at the desk and went up to her room.
Everything was normal.
Too normal for Furina ofcourse.She had been on-edge for the past few days.
On the journey to and from the village and at the village.
Why?Well,just incase she saw them again or perhaps monsters.
Honestly speaking,she had been cautious most of the time evr since she left Fontaine.It felt like someone was out to get her.
Anyways,today was a little too normal.
Well, it wouldnt be a day with Furina that was almost normal.As in,nothing happens.
In the corner of her eye,she saw something.
And by something i mean a body.Well,it wasnt like falling down it was more like the person was going to land on said ground,instead of hitting it and falling to his death,
Well you get it.Just weird.
"What the hell?"
Furina rushed down all the way to the groud floor of the inn.
Nobody can survive that fall... unless..
I rushed down the steps.
But,i was too late.
Well,I thought..
She saw the guy that was falling was now unscathed and was walking away.
Okay.I know i said weird is normal for me but what the actual fuck? Nobody just jumps off a tall building and comes unscathed.
Like– actually.
And ive seen a bunch of weird things before,but this.. Its like the cherry on top.Weirder tham that giant whirlpool in the middle if that river.
"Hey! Are you alright?I saw you falling from my room!" Furina yelled
"Its nothing." was the reply she simply got.
Uhm.
What??
Its nothing?
"You were literally freefalling from that building what do you mean by 'Its nothing.'?!?"
"Its nothing." the guy said again and began to walk away.Furina continued looking at him as he walked ahead , summoning presumably what appeared to be a spear.
