Inside the literature class, Professor Gaelen was in the middle of explaining the course when a loud noise from outside interrupted him. Through the door entered Fyo, the striking son of the country's president, accompanied by his personal bodyguard and friend Braden. Both unexpectedly showed up for literature class a bit late that day. Little did they know, their entrance would trigger a series of unfortunate events.
Narrator's POV:
"Hmmm... who are these latecomers who dare to interrupt the entire class with such a clumsy entrance?" Gaelan questioned the two newcomers.
The room was filled with a tense atmosphere as these two individuals found themselves meeting during an unfortunate turn of events. Every student couldn't help but be curious, especially Braden, who kept glancing back and forth between the two, noticing the intense exchange of looks between them.
"Oh, I apologized for any rudeness, SIR! We were actually lost trying to find this class since this morning. I had to visit the dean's office first for an important matter the university needed me to know about. I'm sorry for being late; it won't happen again. By the way, my name is Fyodor Calliope Skepner-Nyman, but you can just call me Fyo, SIR," Fyo replied with a hint of sarcasm.
"I expect this to be the last time, Mr. Nyman. Don't use your status as the president's son in this class. From now on, I won't tolerate any behavior that disrupts the class. It doesn't matter who you are or where you come from. In this room, I am the only one who sets the rules. If you excel in this class, then you may earn my respect, but for now, focus on being a good student, as everyone expects you to be," Gaelen stated firmly.
"And what is your name, young man?" Gaelan inquired, eyeing Braden from top to bottom.
"Braden Phillips, sir. I'm also a student in your class," Braden answered with a firm tone.
"Okay, both of you, please take your seats and pay close attention to everything I'm about to say. Since you've already disrupted the class, I'll begin again. Thanks to these two for using up the time that we could have used for the proper orientation," Gaelen remarked with a smirk, casting a sidelong glance at the two.
"Tsk, acting like he's the boss of me. Who does he think he is? Just a few minutes late and he's already furious. Doesn't he have anything better to do, like water his plants or at least have a love life? He's worse than the 40-year-old virgin I knew. The nerve of that guy. He should be thankful I need to pass this subject; otherwise, I would've dropped out by now," Fyo angrily muttered.
Thinking he hadn't been heard by the professor, the young man was surprised when Gaelan suddenly faced him with a smile, saying, "I don't know why you're upset, Mr. Nyman. But regarding your earlier complaints, yes, I may seem strict and reserved. However, the man you mentioned is happily married to a wonderful woman who fulfills me in ways no one else can. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have the rest of the class waiting. I prefer to focus on preparing for them rather than wasting time on someone who acts entitled and bratty like you," Gaelan replied firmly.
