"I was wondering if you wanna be friends?" The gorgeous girl asked Nex, Why did i feel jealous... He's not mine so I shouldn't feel like this. plus. I have Nev. But this girl is so gorgeous. Maybe I could- No. that's a bad idea. It doesn't hurt to ask right? I don't know. No. I don't know her. At all. Maybe I could get to know her? As I was busy thinking I didn't realize Savannah was talking to the rest of us "Oh how rude of me, I'd love to be friends with you two as well" she gestured to me and Nev, "I'm not from here." Nev replied rather snappy "I'd love to! I'm Kye. How about you Nex? You never answered her" "Oh. Yeah. I'm cool with that." He answered in his very monotone voice. Nev glared at me as if she was upset that I wanted to be friends with this girl, I'll address it later. Savannah gave both me and Nex her number and walked off to her table with her other friends. "What the fuck Kye." Nev had a notable attitude to her voice "What? What did I do wrong?" I was genuinely confused, "Really? You don't know what you did wrong? You took her number no problem. You agreed to be friends no problem even AFTER I was visibly uncomfortable with it." "Yes Nev. a FRIEND. Nothing more." "What the fuck ever." She said as she got up and left "What was that about?" Nex looked really confused, "Idk man. Shes never acted like this before. Come on let's get to class"

Kye made a group chat for himself, Nex and Savannah so they could all get to know one another. Of course savannah can't find out Kye's secret just yet. Just then his instagram went off

"Hey. Your reputation is pretty solid. So I figure I'll give this a shot. You ever matched someone with two people before?" The username of the account asking took me by surprise. Savannah? Why is she reaching out to me... "Hey there! I have not but I'm most definitely up for the challenge, are you interested in specific people, do you want more information on those people or do you want me to pick two people based on your interests and see how you fair that way?" immediately replied "I have two people. New friends actually. And I mean if you can get me more information on them I'd love that! Normally I can read people like a book but one of them, I can't read him at all" "Alright, do you have names, numbers, pictures? So I can get you information. And do you want it on both or just one?" "Both would be cool and yeah, I think they are dating or best friends or something, Nex and Kye. I may sound crazy since I just met them but something about them. I just feel drawn to them. Idk if it's both or just one but I'm definitely curious about them. It's a feeling I just can't describe you know?" As I'm sitting here mouth wide open from slight shock Savannah placed her elbows on my desk "Oooooo who's got your jaw dropping over here, must be texting someone important cause you haven't put your phone down in a while" I quickly locked my phone. "It's nothin Sav, just trying to figure some things out you know? What are you doing in here? Isn't your class across campus?" "I figured since class was over I'd come find you! Maybe we could walk together? I'd love to get to know you better, Maybe even hang out after school if you have time?" "Yeah I've got time! Want me to see if Nex has some time?" "I'd absolutely love that!" "Let me text him real quick"

"Hey Nex, you free after school today? Me and Sav were gonna hang out and wanted to know if you'd be able to join us" Nex replied within a few minutes "Sorry guys... I'm a little tied up after school. My parents want to talk to me or something. Maybe tomorrow I can join if you guys are free."

"Looks like it's just us Sav, is that okay?" "That's definitely fine with me gives me a chance to get to know you maybe I can get some one on one with Nex sometime too." "well this is my class so I'll text you?" "For sure! See you later"

Finally. I can reply to this instagram message "Hey. Sorry it took so long to reply, I can definitely do that for you. Anything specific you wanna know?" Almost immediately got a reply, damn this girl is quick on her phone "Yeah, Are they dating, do they have girlfriends if not, are they into girls? I think Kye is since he was fighting with some chick I tried to be her friend but she was really cold towards me. I don't know what her deal is" Wow. Alright that's, okay. "I actually know both of them personally. Nex is bisexual and single, Kye is Bi as well and does have a girlfriend but he's also Polyamorous so I'm not sure how that would play out. Nex and Kye are close friends." "Ok I guess my last question, do you think I'd have a shot?" "Well. Considering I don't know what you look like or even so much as your name I have no idea, but based on your messages and personality I'd say it's a possibility.
