Kayla's home: Jacksonville, Florida.
Kayla was lying on her sofa watching a movie. The movie was Top Gun Maverick, and when this movie was released, it quickly became her favorite movie. Since it was her off day, she decided to have a movie marathon alone. Also, since she wasn't working today, she didn't make much of an effort to get dressed. She still had her burgundy pj's, and she had her hair in a messy bun. Her pet rottweiler, King was also lying on the sofa napping until her doorbell rang. King started barking and Kayla paused the movie grabbed her HDP 50 rubber ball pistol and pointed it at the door. She walked over to the door with her gun still aimed at the door.
Kayla: Who is it!?
Jessica: Kayla! It's me, Jessica!
Kayla blows a sigh of relief and lowered her gun and opened the door. King had stopped barking when he saw Kayla start to open the door
Kayla: Morning, ma'am.
Jessica: Morning, Kayla. My, you're prepared if someone tries to break in, aren't you?
Kayla looked down in her hand and saw the gun in it.
Kayla: Rubber bullets.
Jessica: Oh, I see. Don't you look good this morning.
Kayla glanced down at what she had on, and her face flushed.
Kayla: O-oh, let me go change.
Jessica: No, no you're fine. It's your off day, you deserve to be comfy. I'm a little shocked some man hadn't come and got you. You look gorgeous.
Kayla's face flushed even more.
Kayla: T-thank you ma'am...I guess. W-would you like to come in?
Jessica: Sure.
Jessica walks into Kayla's home and sits on the sofa. Kayla also sits down on the sofa.
Kayla: So, what brings you around ma'am?
Jessica: Just came to check on you, and didn't I tell you to stop with the 'ma'am' stuff?
Kayla: Y-yes.
Jessica: So, how are you doing today?
Kayla: Good, how about you?
Jessica: I'm doing good.
Kayla: Any new sighting on Dagon?
Jessica: Yeah, he's been chill. He's been around to other outposts and chilled around there for a while. Ella on the other hand, has been practically M.I.A. No sign of her, or her crew.
