Metanoia ;

meaning of metanoia ; (n) the journey of changing one's mind, heart, self, or way of life.

change,

it doesn't come from doing the same thing,

it comes from doing things that you never

thought you would do.

the moon has cycles,

just like us.

we have to be empty sometimes,

to shine brighter than before.

swirling, spiralling,

overthinking...

because of my past.

scared of what could happen.

overthinking...

Breathe, calm,

stop...

everything stops.

I've been doing better.

I thank God every day,
