18 : Boredom Meet Excitement

Virendra: I didn't know you would find such a good girl? And that too so quickly?

Avyan: You still don't know how many girls are crazy over me!!

Virendra: How would you know, son? You spend all day with your secretary Vikram, don't you? So I think that you can't find a good girl like her .

Avyan: Come on, dad i am not that boring okay? You're saying anything. Mom, please explain to your husband!!

Veena: Okay, let's leave all these talks aside and go eat.

Saying this, Veena goes to the kitchen, and Avyan and Virendra both go to their respective rooms to freshen up. Avyan also takes his coat to his room and puts it on the couch before heading to the bathroom to freshen up.

After a while, they both come downstairs and go to the dinning area to have dinner with their family. After dinner, Avyan, as usual, goes to his study room, and his parents go to their room.

Avyan enters his study room and sits on the couch, working on office work on his laptop. At 2 a.m., Avyan closes his laptop and goes to the kitchen to get a bottle of water before heading back to his room. When he enters his room, Avyan takes off his t-shirt and moves towards the bed, but his eyes fall on his coat.

He picks up his coat to put it inside the wardrobe, and he notices something in the coat pocket. Avyan carefully looks into the pocket and finds a paper. Avyan takes out the paper.

Avyan: Oh, this is a bill? But I haven't bought anything? *He says as he opens the paper*

Wow, this is the name of a book. "Haunting Adeline." What kind of book is this? And this is a bill on Shanaya's name; she has bought this book.

Avyan searches for the book's name on his phone and gathers all the information about the book.

Avyan: Oh my purple, so you like fictional books so much? It's okay; when you're with me, I'll treat you so well that you won't need to read such books.

Avyan looks at a childhood photo of Shanaya that he had set as his lock screen and then goes to bed to sleep.

In Singhaniya Mansion:

Shanaya, lying on her bed, is engrossed in reading the fictional book she had purchased. She is so lost in reading the book that her phone is vibrating on the side, but she doesn't notice it.

Shanaya: That's all for today; I'll read the rest tomorrow. *Saying this, she closes the book and places it on the side table.*

Shanaya checks the time on her phone and sees that she had two missed calls from Shivnaya on the lock screen. Shanaya video calls Shivnaya. After 4-5 rings, Shivnaya answers the video call.

Shivnaya: What were you doing? I called you so many times!!

Shanaya: Oh, nothing, I was just reading this book. My phone was vibrating, so I didn't notice. *She shows her book to Shivnaya.*

Shivnaya: It's okay, no problem. Did you call me yesterday?

Shanaya: Yes, but I didn't know you were busy in beauty sleep with your boyfriend. *Shanaya teases her in a joking tone.*

Shivnaya: What? Me and that too with my boyfriend? *She widens her eyes while saying this.*

Shanaya: Yes, you!! I saw you yesterday, and what was his name? Oh, Avinash!!

Shivnaya: Oh, that was because Alex had to meet Belly, so Alex brought that idiot along, and Belly and Alex were in their room, and we both were getting bored, so while watching TV, we fell asleep, that's it.
