Farrah's morning unfolded quietly in the library, bathed in the soft glow of early sunlight filtering through the tall windows. She sat at a secluded table tucked away amidst shelves of ancient books and parchment, her focus entirely absorbed in the potions textbook open before her. Notes sprawled across the table, detailing ingredients, brewing techniques, and meticulous diagrams.

Unbeknownst to her, Draco Malfoy slipped into the library with practiced silence. His eyes immediately sought out Farrah, admiring the way her brow furrowed in concentration, a stray lock of hair framing her face delicately. He approached her table with a slight grin, intending to disrupt her studious demeanor with a playful remark.

"Morning, Chutney," Draco greeted in a soft voice, leaning casually against the nearby bookshelf.

Farrah looked up, startled out of her concentration. A small smile tugged at her lips as she met Draco's gaze. "Morning, Draco," she replied warmly, grateful for the break from her intense study session.

Draco's grin widened. "You look too serious for a morning in the library. Are you plotting the downfall of the next Dark Lord in there?"

Farrah chuckled softly, shaking her head. "Not quite. Just trying to survive Professor Slughorn's potions exam this morning."

Draco leaned closer, his tone playful. "Well, if you need any last-minute tips on how to charm Slughorn, you know where to find me."

Farrah laughed, her nerves easing under Draco's lighthearted banter. "Thanks, but I think I'll stick to studying potions rather than trying to charm the professor."

Draco straightened up, his expression softening. "You know, Farrah," he began, his voice gentler now, "I enjoy these moments with you. Whether it's in the library or somewhere else, it's... nice."

Farrah's heart skipped a beat at his words, a warmth spreading through her chest. She glanced around the quiet library, suddenly aware of the intimacy of their conversation. "Draco," she started, her voice lowering slightly, "I'm not ready to make our... 'relationship' public yet. I'm not good with that kind of attention."

Draco nodded understandingly, his eyes meeting hers with sincerity. "I get it, Farrah. We can keep things between us, however you feel comfortable."

Relieved by his understanding, Farrah smiled gratefully. "Thank you," she murmured softly, a weight lifting off her shoulders.

Draco returned her smile warmly. "Anytime, Chutney."

In that moment, amidst the quiet sanctuary of the library and their shared understanding, Draco and Farrah discovered a deeper connection blossoming quietly—a bond that began in secrecy but held the promise of something more profound as they navigated the complexities of their feelings together.

As Farrah and Draco continued their conversation in the library, unaware of the brewing storm outside their secluded corner, the tranquility was shattered by the sudden entrance of Pansy Parkinson. Her sharp eyes quickly scanned the room until they landed on Farrah and Draco, a mischievous smirk curling her lips.

"Well, well, look who's cozying up in the library," Pansy announced loudly, her voice cutting through the hushed atmosphere. "Seems like Draco has found himself a new study buddy."

Farrah's heart sank as the implications of Pansy's words hit her like a tidal wave. Her cheeks flushed with embarrassment, and she glanced at Draco, who stood frozen with a mixture of shock and anger. Students nearby began to murmur, casting curious glances at the pair.

Draco's jaw clenched, his fists tightening involuntarily at his sides. He shot a glare at Pansy, his voice low and controlled but laced with frustration. "Pansy, don't start—"
