*ezra just entered the hospital, seeing yet again the same person on the counter*
nurse: good day sir, great to see you again! Lino is in his room right now
ezra: thank you ma'am
*he goes past her with a smile to the elevator and goes up. at the time where the elevator opens, Lino was infront of it with his crutches*
lino: see? I can walk with them!
*ezra is kinda confused and supriced that Lino was infront of the elevator when he just came up, but has to laugh a bit about it*
ezra: you really went from your room with these to the elevator?
*lino nods*
ezra: well, in that case, you can show me how you walk with them, yeah?
Astin, who is hidding in a corner of the hallway in a quiet tone: oh oh..
Lino: uh- sure..!
*ezra goes outside the elevator, and stands infront of lino but a bit more far away*
ezra: ready?
*lino nods*
lino: ready
*lino starts walking, what takes him very long to even move his leg*
[this feels like watching a kid making their first steps..]
*Astin also Peaks around the corner, watching lino taking small steps*
ezra: come on you nearly got it!
*every step for lino is more strenuous than the other and is also slowly exausted, so he stops for a moment to take a breath*
*after taking a deep breath he wanted to continue, but unfortinatly fell to the Front. Luckily, ezra was close enough to allow him a soft landing, so he fell on top of ezra. both laughed about that Situation*
ezra: you did great my love
lino: haha.. but to be honest, Astin helped me with standing there
*Astin comes out the corner*
Astin (sarcastic): You just betrayed me!
Lino: haha.. sorry!
*Astin goes to them and helps lino up, who puts his arm around astins shoulder while ezra also comes up*
ezra: so where is your wheelchair?
lino: Its in my room!
*Astin hands lino to ezra over by ezra picking up lino and Astin takes the crutches that are lying around to the left and right so they can go together to lino's room. ezra puts lino his chair*
astin: Was a nice time with you lino, I hope we meet again or you both come to one of our concerts one day
*lino nods with a smile*
Lino: maybe one day, we will see!
astin: bye bye!
*Astin leaves the room, after putting the crutches on linos bed*
*Ezra is kind of confused*
Ezra: what did he mean with "I hope we meet again"?
Lino: oh right! im getting released tomorrow!
Ezra: really?! thats good to hear honey
Lino: hmm-hmm!
Ezra: alright but about the movie, you are sure you want to watch a horror movie?
Lino with confindent: yep!
Ezra: alright, lets go then!
*they start going down to the bus stop and get on the next bus. The bus has brought them right in front of the cinema and go in immediately*
*at the counter*
ezra: hello, to cards for "Them" please!
*The cashier prints them out and hands them over to ezra*
cashier: 14£ then. anything else?
*ezra looks to lino*
Lino: uh, Popcorn please
cashier: large, small? sweet, salty?
Ezra: large and sweet please
cashier: alright coming up
*He makes it in a bag and hands it to ezra*
cashier: that will be 16,50£ now
*ezra gives him the money*
cashier: have fun
ezra: thank you
*Together they go to the cinema room that is written on the tickets and sit down in the fourth row from the front*
*while watching the movie, lino was constantly scared and also got emotional at the sad scenes, he clung to ezra while he also gulped down the Popcorn. After they came out, lino looked as if he had starred in the movie, pale.*
lino: you were right... i should have took an other movie..
*ezra laugh a bit*
ezra: I liked the movie
lino: huh?! everyone and everything died there!
ezra: Its just a movie tho
*lino sighs*
lino: you got a point
*they leave the cinema*
ezra: It's already so dark..
*they see the next bus coming*
*After they get in, they go back to the same place*
*they just sit there quietly and look outside the window, where you can only see the light of the lantern until ezras phone makes a bing and he takes out his phone*
dad as text: we will come back tomorrow, I hope you took your Chores serious and didnt hung out with that one guy
*Ezra had totally forgotten what he had to do when his parents came back, but was reminded of the message and got a little nervous*
*Lino looks to him, seeing him being a bit anxious*
Lino: what is it?
Ezra: uh.. nothing.. dont worry..!
*ezra smiles at him and looks back down to his phone with his smile fading*
