I had never been more excited to attend a business party. The 25th anniversary of Agarawal Industries was a monumental event, and I was determined to make a memorable impression. Dressed in a navy blue suit that I had carefully selected, I felt confident and ready to mingle. As I walked into the grand venue, my eyes immediately searched for Tara, the enigmatic CEO who had unknowingly captured my heart.

The scene before me was nothing short of breathtaking. The hall was adorned with elegant decorations, and the soft hum of conversation filled the air. But none of it compared to the sight that greeted me next. Tara Agarawal, the epitome of grace and strength, was wearing a saree of the same deep navy blue as my suit. It felt like a serendipitous connection, a silent acknowledgment of the unspoken bond between us.

My heart raced as I approached her, rehearsing my greeting in my mind. But before I could reach her, a man suddenly appeared and dragged her to a corner. My heart sank as I realized the man was Chaitanya, her ex-boyfriend. What was he doing here?

Tara's Perspective

The business party was in full swing, and I was doing my best to keep up the facade of the composed and unshakable CEO

The business party was in full swing, and I was doing my best to keep up the facade of the composed and unshakable CEO. Agarawal Industries had come a long way, and tonight was a celebration of our achievements. But amidst the congratulations and handshakes, my mind was elsewhere. The presence of Chaitanya had unsettled me more than I cared to admit.

Dressed in a navy blue saree that accentuated my professional yet elegant demeanor, I moved through the crowd, exchanging pleasantries with guests and colleagues. As I turned, I saw Agastya approaching, his playful smile and warm presence a stark contrast to the formality around us. There was something about him that always made me feel at ease, despite my best efforts to remain distant and composed.

Before I could acknowledge Agastya, Chaitanya appeared, his grip on my arm firm and insistent. He pulled me to a secluded corner, his expression one of determined desperation.

"Tara, we need to talk," he said, his voice a mix of pleading and frustration.

"I have nothing to say to you, Chaitanya," I replied coldly, trying to pull away.
