Dr - then I will go and do similar to your brother. Good now let's start with vagina and we will make are way up
Dr puts Ava's legs up on the stirrups
He gets the huge needle. Holds it right up against her face to scare her
Dr then inserts needle into her vagina. She is in so much pain.
Tears are falling down
He extracts the tissue from her vagina. Them moved onto her breast and then stomach and bone
She has passed out due to the pain
Dr - let's let her wake up and we will do the enema and catheter
Ava woke up in soo much pain
Dr - ahh your awake good. Now let's start the enema
Dr turns her over on her front and gets the tube
He inserts it in and starts the liquid flowing into her stomach
Few hours later enema is finished and then he attaches a catheter and sucks it all out
Ava's stomach is cramping so badly
Dr - okay so we are done, I will let you speak now if you promise to not scream

Ava - are we done now. I'm in so much pain
Dr - yes we are but I'm going to be repeating some of those tests everyday twice a day so get used to them
