' RUNNING FROM TROUBLE '
____________________________KNOCK. KNOCK. Knock.
"I'm going! Geez." I said getting up from the couch placing the bowl of popcorn beside the table. There was the knock. Again.
"Oh my god." I mumbled letting out a groan twisted the door nob open.
"Can't you wait." I said opening the door. My face turn from annoyed to surprise. I was surprised to see who was outside my house. In front of me. I never thought that-um, I didn't know what to say.
"W-what are you doing here?" I asked her. But I guess I already knew the answer to that.
"Is your dad home?" Mrs. Perfect asked me.
"Well if you see me answering the door means he's not here." I glared at her, she gave me a small chuckle.
"Oh yeah." She said feeling a bit embarrassed.
"What do you want?" I asked her crossing my arms.
"I just-I want to talk to you about the moving." She said making me scoff.
"You came too late, your stupid lawyer came in here." I said to her.
"May I come in?" She asked.
"Do I have a choice?" I asked but either way she came in like she lived her.
"Tiffany what are you doing here?" I asked as her face turned disappointed when I called her name.
"What? Are you disappointed that I didn't call your mom?" I asked as she sigh.
"You haven't been my mom for a long time." I said to her. It was true.
Just looking at her all I could see is the woman who abandoned me and ran off to be rich and have a new family leaving me here. Alone with my dad. I watch her stand there but she didn't say anything, which made me angry. She could apologize or explain but instead she stands there not saying a word.
