10 . Chapter

In the previous part, we read that Leo leaves for his date at the GraceMark Hotel and, upon arriving, heads straight inside with his bodyguards.

Hotel**

This hotel is a branch of Leo's company, used for hosting foreign investors or meetings that require accommodating many people. All arrangements are made here with full security. Hence, Divya Ji chose this location for the date to ensure privacy and prevent any leaks of information.

Leo enters the hotel, where all his staff are lined up to greet him. He acknowledges everyone and heads towards the VIP area where Jia was waiting. He wanted to keep his date private, so he asked everyone to stay back and approached the table alone.

Jia Rathore, in the VIP area, was waiting for him, ensuring they had privacy. She looked stunning, with her long hair and rosy cheeks, and her brown eyes reflecting the sunlight made her look even more beautiful. She wore a red knee-length frock that matched her red lipstick, making her look very attractive. Despite her smile missing initially, her face lit up when she saw Leo and she stood up with a big smile, saying, "Hi Utkarsh Ji."

(Leo, hearing the name Utkarsh, looked at her but showed no emotion and said, "Hello.")

Leo indicated for her to sit and took his seat. Jia, who wanted to hug him, felt disappointed but sat down quietly and asked, "What will you have?"

"Just coffee," Leo replied, trying to remain composed without looking at her.

Jia, looking at him, said, "But we are here for lunch, and you came straight from the company, so you must be hungry (smiling at him). So, I'll order lunch for both of us, and then we can talk," she said with a smile and ordered lunch.

Leo, feeling uncomfortable with her over-caring behavior, looked around, uninterested in the date.

Jia's father is a friend of Leo's father, and she is the president's daughter of their company. She wanted to marry Leo to merge the companies and because she genuinely liked him. When Leo's father had an accident, Jia's father supported them, which is why Leo agreed to the date, knowing he wouldn't refuse. However, Leo had decided not to meet her again after today.

As Leo adjusted his coat to leave, Jia, sensing his distraction, waved her hand in front of his face and asked, "Would you like to dance with me?"

"No, I don't want to," he replied, looking at her.

Feeling a pang of disappointment, Jia still smiled and said, "Utkarsh Ji, I won't beat around the bush. I know you're not here willingly, but I need to tell you that I like you and I love you too."

Hearing this, Leo was taken aback, his body tense and his jaw clenched. He looked at Jia, who he barely noticed before today, and decided to leave. As he moved to go, Jia quickly grabbed his hand and started to speak. Leo, feeling her touch, shook her hand off and snapped, "Don't you dare touch me or my hand."

Leo didn't like anyone getting close to him, and seeing her teary-eyed, he said, "But I like you and want to marry you. I've loved you since childhood, and I've never let any other guy come close because I only want you. I managed to set up this date with great difficulty, so please give me a chance... I want you to kiss me... I want you to be my love... I want you to be my first in everything and..."

Before she could finish, Leo raised his hand and said, "ENOUGH." Jia, taken aback by his anger, stepped back but continued to look at him.

Leo, not liking her persistence, calmly but firmly said, "Miss Rathore, I hope you understand my point. Don't provoke me to do something you'll regret later. Don't waste your life on me. I have no interest in being with anyone (putting his hand in his pocket). It would be better for you to think about your future."

Saying this, Leo left the table before lunch arrived. As he walked towards the door, he heard Jia's voice, "If you don't marry me, I'll take my life."

Jia said these words in a dry voice as she walked past Leo towards the elevator with her purse.
