"Harvey!!" When I heard that, I knew right away that it was Donna and it automatically brought a smile to face.
Donna's POV (Point of View)
(Thinking back while running)
When I heard the nurse in the phone call said these words "Harvey got into an accident", My mind went blank for a second, I didn't think about work, the play, I didn't think about anything, and I didn't even listen to the nurse, all I can think about was Harvey. Then these thoughts keep coming to my mind "What will happen to Harvey?", "Did he die?", "Did he get a fatal injury?" all these negative thoughts keep coming to my mind and I knew I had to see him right away.
I immediately stood up from my table and I ran to the elevator. I didn't say anything to Jessica that I was going somewhere, because I knew nobody would come visit Harvey so I couldn't waste another second. I got out from the elevator to the front door of the building and I called for a taxi right away.
When I got to the hospital I asked for his hospital room number and I ran to that room.
Harvey's POV
"Oh My God, Harvey are you okay?"
"I came as soon as I heard"
Donna was asking all these questions, she seemed so worried.
"Yeah, I'm fine I just got into a little accident" I said while smirking.
Donna replied so seriously,
"Don't even joke about that, you're lucky to get out of that accident with minor injuries, and you don't know how worried I was"
Then I replied back,
"okay okay, sorry, but you don't have to worry anymore, I'm fine" I said while smiling.
Then she replied back,
"I know I'm just so relieved that you're fine" She replied while smiling so gently.
"Donna, I'm sorry but I'm feeling a little bit sleepy and I think I need to rest for a while" I said.
"can you stay with me for a while before you go? I asked
Donna replied without any hesitation "Of course, I'll stay with you till you wake up.
I was starting to doze off but before that, I said a few words, and those words changed everything
"I'm so glad you're here because I love you......"
Than I fell asleep.
Donna's POV (Point of View)
When I heard those words come out from Harvey's mouth, I froze. I was thinking hard for about an hour or two about what those words meant and I was trying to decide between these two "Does he loves me in a personal relationship" or "He loves me in a work-kind of way relationship" and just as I was in the middle of thinking, Harvey woke up and he looks like he doesn't remember anything, so I pretended I didn't hear it and everything was normal.
"Hi Harvey, did you have a good sleep?" I asked
"Yeah I did" He replied
He was looking away and he looked like he was shy "and you know thanks for being here with me" he said while looking away.
"You're welcome" and I smiled.
A nurse came in and said,
"Well, everything is looking good, you will be discharged from the hospital tomorrow but because you still have minor injuries that needs time to heal, you need to rest at home for a couple of days.
Then Harvey said,
"Okay, Thank you nurse"
Then she left.
"Well Harvey I need to go now because I was in a hurry to go the hospital I left the office without sorting everything out with your clients and I didn't tell Jessica about this, so I need to go to fix things up but I'll come tomorrow to help you get discharged." I said.
"Oh okay, and thank you again Donna." He replied.
"Maybe this is just my thought but I think Harvey was a little bit sad I was leaving ." I thought to myself then I left the room.
When I left, a little smile came out from my mouth then I thought to myself "Well maybe I liked that he was sad" .......
