4th Chapter

Harvey's POV 

We were eating in the dining table while drinking the wine that Donna bought and there was silence between us. Donna suddenly asked something that broke the silence and I'm glad she did.

"So, Harvey how's your day, get enough rest?"

I answered,

"Yeah, every few hour I'll start feeling tired again so I took plenty of rest today. I'm glad you told me to stay home or I'll fall asleep in the office" I said while smiling.

Donna smiled and said, 

"I'm glad you agreed to stay home and rest instead of going to work." She smiled again.

Her smile was so sweet. 

After we finished eating, I opened the bottle of wine and I pour them to Donna's glass and mine. Just when we were about to drink, Donna's phone rang and she answered it. When she hung up she told me something that made me feel so sad,

"Harvey, I'm so sorry I'm gonna have to go tonight, Jessica told me that she needs me in the office right away and it sounded urgent, so I'll see you tomorrow. Sorry." 

I saw her took her bag and her phone off the counter and she was about to walk to the door. I knew that I couldn't let her go, one was for finding out about the thing that have been on my mind, two I just felt that I can't let her leave, I wanted her to stay. When she was about to open the door, I slammed it shut, causing Donna to be surprised and looked back, she said, 

"Harvey, What's wrong, why'd you close the door?"

I replied,

"I'm sorry Donna, I can't let you go just yet, I just need 5 minutes to tell you something, just 5 minutes please."

Donna had to go because Jessica was calling her, so I thought that she would just say that she needed to go, but when she told me, 

"Okay Harvey 5 minutes."

I was surprised. 

So we sat on the couch I started to tell her, 

"Since this morning, there is something that I couldn't get off my head. The night where I got into the accident, when I was about to fall asleep, you were beside me waiting for me to fall asleep, before I fall asleep there were these words that I said to you but I can't remember it, I only remembered that the words that I said to you, it meant something to me, it was my true feeling, and I wouldn't lie about that. 

I saw Donna's eyes really focusing, and I knew that she knew something about this but I kept on going with my story.

"Anyway, so this morning when I fell asleep, I dreamed that I was in that scene again, that I was lying in the hospital bed, and you were beside me and I said these words to you but I still can't figure out what it was, so I need to ask you  if you remember what I said?" I asked the question and she was quiet for quite a long time. 

Donna's POV 

I was speechless. I knew what Harvey said to me, it's still in my head all this time. I was surprised but glad when he said that the words that he mentioned to me the other night meant something to him, it was his true feeling, and that he wouldn't lie about it. I was really happy, but sad at the same time. When Harvey ask me if I remember what he said, I wanted to tell him, that he said he loves me, then I can tell him that I love him, and we could be together, I really loved him. But I decided not to tell him because I thought that our friendship wasn't worth the risk, so I told him that I didn't remember. But Harvey knows me and he knew that I was lying.

"Donna, I know you, you're lying to me, do you know what I said that night?"

I replied,

"N-no I-I don't"

"Donna please just tell me, what did I say?"

Tears was starting to fall down from eyes, I really wanted to tell him but I'm scared that if something bad happened then our friendship will fall apart. I wiped the tears from my eyes but Harvey already saw it.

"Hey, why're you crying, what did I say to you?, did I tell you something bad?" 

Harvey asked me all worried. I just shook my head.

"Donna please don't cry, the words that I told you that night didn't mean anything. It didn't.

When I heard that, I was starting to cry again, because I wanted him to love me, so when he said that it actually hurt me.

"Harvey, don't say that, please don't say that, it would hurt me more" I said

Harvey was really worried,

"Donna what's wrong, what did I say to you that night?"

When he asked again, I realized that I loved him too much to care about the future or the risks that I'm about to take. 

I started saying,

"Th-the words th-that yo-you said to m-me was "I'm gl-glad you're h-here, b-be-because, I L-love you"

I said it. The words he said to me. Harvey was thinking about it for a while, and I just sat there facing down all embarrassed. Suddenly I heard a huge sigh coming out from his mouth, while his mouth was smiling. I looked up and out of nowhere he pulled me into a kiss.
