Ch. 22

(Johnnies POV)
I woke up in the middle of the night
It was way too quiet
I looked around and realised that Jake wasn't there
He was probably sleeping in the truck again
I tried to go back to sleep but I couldn't so I got up
I stood up and slowly opened the door
It was really quiet, the only thing that could be heard were soft snoring sounds
Ot was dark, the curtains were closed but the little light outside shone trough the little cracks
I walked towards it and looked trough the crack
There was he, the most beautiful boy I've ever seen
Sitting on the porch, his legs crossed, listening to music while slightly rocking back and forth
I silently unlocked the door and stepped outside
I immediately got shivers as I realised I didn't have a shirt on
'Hey beauty' I heard a low attractive voice say, I turned around and Jake was looking at me. One of his earbuds hanging out now
'Hi baby, what are you doing?' I asked blushing
I kneeled down next to him
'Well, I wanted to go to sleep but I don't think I can now I have you on my mind again' he smiled pulling me on his lap
'Oh shut up' I blushed, putting my hands on my face in embarrassment
'Dont you fucking dare cover your beautiful face' he said removing my hands, instead I wrapped them tightly around him
I just smiled and put my head on his shoulder
'What where ya listening to' I asked a bit sleepy but cold
'Right now, Caraprnelia by Pierce The Veil' he said checking his phone
I grabbed the other earbud and put it in my ear, I grabbed his phone and pressed play
I put my head on his shoulder again, hiding my tires face into the crook of his neck
I felt him chuckle softly and kiss the top of my head
'You tired baby?'he whispered
'Mhmm' I hummed while nodding my head
'Alr let's get you to bed' he said scooping me up
Turning around to walk inside
'No I wanna stay with you' I said clinging on him
He chuckled again before closing the door and walking to the truck
He softly laid me down and got in himself

(Jakes POV)
I closed the door and put the pillow against the door so we could lay down
'Come here beautiful' I said, picking up the half asleep emo man
He grunted softly as I laid him down on my chest
'You alright?' I asked
'Cold..' he mumbled softly, shivering a bit
'Here ya go baby' I said laying the blanket over both of us
He moved a bit around to get more comfortable, now laying on top of me
'Goodnight' I softly said while I kissed the sleeping emos forehead
I heard a small grunt before his breathing slowed down and got softer
I grabbed his hand, holding it into mine
I kissed his knuckles and the letters that spelled love
I felt myself also slowly drifting away while 'I Don't Care If You're Contagious' by Pierce The Veil started playing
