I cooked the deer and we all ate, in silence. Once we finished, I took first watch.
I climbed up onto a tree and watched the moon rise. Kitty curled up in a blanket next to Ghost and quickly fell asleep.
She must have been tiered from the long day.
"What's the plan for getting home?" Ghost asked.
"We are going to travel to the portal, there we can teleport home. I would just do what rockets do and just go straight up, but you wouldn't be able to survive that. Plus it would take to long." I exsplained.
"Yeh, do you think the girl will be a good queen?"
"I don't know, I have this wwird feeling about her."
"Yes, her sent is much diffrent from the others on our planet. I can't quite point it out, though."
"That's what I was thinking, we'll just have to see."
"Clare! She's having a nightmare!" Ghost screamed.
I quickly jumped off the tree and ran over to them.
"Vigilate" I told Ghost before placing my hands on her head.
I took a deep breath and emptied my mind. In seconds, my body felt num and I was sucked into Kitty's mind.
Kitty's nightmare
I landed softly on the ground and looked around.
I saw Kitty being held by a darkness creature with a sword up to her throat. In front of them was a diffrent version of ME.
"Give me the staff and I'll the girl go." The darkness creature said.
"No.... Clare don't do it." Kitty begged.
I watched as my other dropped their head and sighed. She twirled my staff around and handed it to the darkness creature.
"No" Kitty yelled.
The darkness creature took my staff, let Kitty go and pulled his knee up. Kitty fell to the ground as the darkness creature snapped my stick.
My other self looked at him in shock and fell to the ground. The darkness creature shot some magic at other me and I was shuved into a wall and nocked out.
Kitty screamed really loud, before the dream ended.
End of Kitty's nightmare
I arrived back in my body and took my hands off her head. Thankfully she was still asleep, so I got up and walked back over to Ghost.
I allowed him to read my thoughts and see what happened.
"Do you think it will come true?" Ghost asked, as he crawled over to me and placed his head on my lap.
"Gods I hope not." I said before leaning back against a tree and galling asleep.
