Satori Grace Bojan:

The first ball i ever attended was my fathers.

 Matteo Bojan.

My father was well respected man, an ally of the Giovanni's. He went all out for my 16th birthday, inviting every well respected person out there.

People from the netherworld, from people to the normal world. The normal world, something i always wanted to be apart of since i was a little girl. I wondered what it would be like for those who didn't grown up with security guards or for those who weren't always on the move or for those who had to work for what they had.

I was fortunate for everything to be handed to me on a silver platter but working for something you wanted sounded more like me. It sounded more human.  I never went to school like every other normal kid my age, i never had friends other then the children of my dad's allies.

The ball he threw was insane. Everyone was there and it was the first time i saw the dangers of this world. My father had told me to stay away from men i didn't know or men who looked at me funny.

As an innocent 16 year old, back then, i didn't understand what their looks meant. Looking back i now understand their looks far too well.

Lust and want.

All of the attention was on me and i loved it. My 16th birthday was the best day of my life until a certain man couldn't control himself. I didn't know this man, he wasn't an ally nor was he a friend. As the night went by he kept looking, his gaze making me uncomfortable.

I shouldn't have gone into that room with him. I shouldn't have listened to his lies, but i was naive and innocent.

That night changed my life forever in a way words cannot even explain.

"White or Blue?" Azara asks from beside me, holding up two different types of lingerie.

We're in a hotel room in France, Paris to be exact, getting ready for Dante Santino's 'Blood Bath' ball.

It still baffles me every time i hear the name he chose for this year.

All of the girls are getting ready while multiple makeup artists, hair stylists and fitters are with us.

"Blue, but it doesn't go with you dress, where as white goes with everything." Lia tries to keep her face as still as possible as the MUA does her dramatic red eyeliner. She always goes full out for events.

"I know but he likes me in blue more." She replies making all of us role our eyes.

"Wear it for yourself not a god damn man." Rena chirps at her.

"I'm wearing it for me and my man." Zara replies deciding for herself.

"So it's official now huh?" I tease her while she has a huge grin on her face.
