VIRGO THE WARRIOR MAIDEN

"How old are you? Y/n," ash blonde haired man asked the girl beside him. 

"13 years old, how about you two?" she asked looking at the massive skull from the distance. 

"Yuno and I are 15 years old," Asta smiled looking cheerfully. "We will receive our grimoire tomorrow, want to come?"

Y/n look at the two then nodded. "But I have a bad feelings you might not get a grimoire Asta, sorry but I just don't feel magic on you." As she said those word Asta sulk while Yuno just stared at Y/n seeing no emotion of her.

"You don't need to remind me Y/n" sniffled of Asta. "But, even without magic as long as I will receive my grimoire I will be a Wizard king."

"That's impossible," Yuno finally speak which Y/n looked at him. 

"Wind..." Y/n mumble which the two look at her confused.

"Yo! Y/n! I heard from your brother that we are at the same age. I am Recca by the way, nice to meet you" 

Y/n nodded. "It was nice to meet someone at the same age as me" 

Recca nodded. "I know what you feel. But I feel pity on you though because you can't feel any emotion"

The two boy look at Recca shocked. "WHAT!? can't feel any emotion? how is that even work?" Asta said loudy.

"Do you mind telling us why?" Yuno ask to Y/n.

"I can't tell you the whole detail but to shorten it- The doctor said my heart became numb as well as my brain but I still remember how emotion work because I wasn't born emotionless. I just became like this when I turned 5."

The two boy and Recca sighed seemingly understanding what happened. 

"What is you magic Y/n? Mine is water I still can't control it well but I know how to use it. For sure when I get my grimoire one day it will be powerful." Recca smiled.

"Star Magic" Y/n only state which the three look in dismay. 

"Ah! I can't take this I will go train now I will be back when the sun starts to fall" Asta wave and started running towards to the massive skull. 

"Can you show me how your magic works? I just can't imagine how it work" Recca asked sitting down at the grass. 

Y/n lift her hand on the sky like she was about to reach something. The small part of the sky became dark as a pattern of the star start to appear. The star form into a constellation of a Virgo and a warrior maiden appeared. After the warrior maiden appeared the dark sky turn back to normal.

"How may I serve you Lady Y/n?" The warrior maiden kneel down.

"May you help us train our physical battle?" Y/n said which the maiden stand up and smiled.

"If that what you ask for Lady Y/n I will help, just tell me to start." Y/n nodded and look at the two.

Recca and Yuno just stared shocked. 

"This is my training partner at home, I can't ask my brother to train me because he was busy all the time. When I was 7 I figure a spell to help me train which is her now." Y/n gesture the maiden. 

"So you've been training since you were 7?" Recca asked looking at her blankly. 

"Yeah"

"HEY, HAVE YOU SEEN THE SKY BECOME DARK AGAIN LIKE WHAT HAPPENED 13 YEARS AGO YUNO!" 

Y/n stiffen which Yuno noticed but ignore it thinking she was just born at that year, but then he feels something is off. 

"Wow, you got some well physic kid but still not strong enough to fight me" The maiden said after seeing Asta. 

"Who is she?"

"She is Virgo, I don't know her real name but I name her base on her constellation. She is a warrior Maiden." Y/n introduced. "She is good at physical combat, she might be a great help for you Asta."

"OOh! really!?" Y/n nodded. 

"Please start" Y/n said which the maiden became serious and dash fast that Asta didn't even noticed so he was punch in the stomach which he fly toward a near tree. 

Luckily they are in a wide area not enough for villagers to see or hear. Y/n sighed and immediately focused. Seeing the maiden swift, Y/n moved to the side avoiding the maiden punch. 

"Nice one Lady Y/n" the maiden grinned and start the next blow but Y/n blocked it. Then Y/n saw a small opening which she tried to kick it but the maiden backed away. "I could say the professional, Virgo." 

The training continued as Recca and Yuno stared at Y/n in surprised to see them battling equally while Asta just kept being thrown when he tried to attack. Yuno start to feel determine as he then cast a strong magic to the Maiden but the maiden just block it with a shield that appears without noticing it except Y/n. 

"Magic don't work on me, so come at me with your strength!" The maiden shouted. 

Yuno run as fast as he can and tried to attack the maiden but not in luck of physical strength he was thrown just like Asta.

It last 1 hour when Yuno felt tired, while Asta last 3 hours before getting tired. As for Y/n and the Maiden they seems to have a limitless stamina as they continue for 5 hours until it was sunset.

Recca at that time just watch happily as they been shouting nonstop. She kinda feels jealous of Y/n being that strong but can't blame how different they were born.

"Alright, I guess my time has come. Great job Lady Y/n, it was a new record for me staying with you for 10 hours" the warrior maiden disappeared.

Yuno and Asta were panting like crazy and sweat all over their body. As for Y/n she was like a block of hard ice that never sweat and strong as it was.

"T-that was tiring" Yuno said between his breath.

"I thought I was going to die!" Asta exclaimed which Y/n start laughing making the three look at her surprised.

But in a second her emotion vanished like it was sucked by a vacuum. In the blink of an eye they are sure that they saw some black shadow and disappear within the air.

"Strange..." Yuno mumble.
