A Todoroki Christmas and A Big 3 New Year (ch3)

It was the next morning, Christmas morning, and Yaomomo woke up around 8 in the morning, which is usually late for her, but the family stayed up so late spending quality time together. She turned over to see Todoroki still asleep with his arm laying on top of her, which was expected. She pushed his bangs out of his face and admired him. She remembers when Todoroki thought his scar would scare her away, when he thought she would want to leave him once she knew about his past, but it did the exact opposite. She admired Todoroki for how much he's gone through and survived. He's the strongest person she knows and she's so lucky she found someone so wonderful and perfect in her eyes.

Her thoughts were interrupted by a soft knock at the door. Yaoyorozu slowly got out of bed, as to not startle her boyfriend, and opened the door to reveal Rei standing there in her matching Christmas jammies.

"Merry Christmas Momo" She whispered, pulling her into a tight hug.

"Merry Christmas mom" The two parted and Rei peaked in.

"I'm assuming my baby's still asleep" Yaoyorozu turned back to look at her boyfriend.

"What do you expect?"

"Exactly that, actually" The two chuckled as Yaomomo faced Rei again. "Well, as much as he's not gonna like it, you're gonna need to wake him up before Natsu comes in and does it himself."

"Yea, that definitely wouldn't end well. We'll be out in a few minutes."

"Okay" Rei walked away as Yaoyorozu shut the door. She walked towards the bed and sighed, as she kind of felt bad for waking Todoroki up. She sat next to him and put his head in her lap and started playing with his hair.

"Shoto, it's time to wake up," Yaomomo whispered. No response. "C'mon love, everyone's waiting. It's Christmas morning." Still nothing. "Wake up, Shoto" she leaned down and gave him a soft kiss on his cheek, which made his eyes flutter open.

"I don't wanna"

"I know, but trust me, Christmas morning is worth waking up for. You get to spend time with family and open gifts." He wrapped his arms around her waist and his face in her stomach.

"The only gift I need is for my girlfriend to stay in bed with me all day."

"That's very sweet love, but if we don't get out there now, your brother's gonna come in here and wake you up himself. I figured you would've preferred this option." He sat up and gave his girlfriend an annoyed dirty look.

"Fine"

"See, there's my guy's adorable face." She kissed his lips and smiled at him, making Todoroki smile.

"You're the only thing that could make me smile this early in the morning."  The two shared a sweet kiss as they got out of bed. They walked out of the room hand in hand with Todoroki rubbing his eyes out of tiredness. They walked into the family room to see Natsu and Rei on the couch and Fuyumi and Emeri on the floor right in front of them, all of them wearing the same red, white and green plaid Christmas pajamas as the two of them. Rei got up and gave her youngest a kiss on his cheek.

"Merry Christmas, my baby"

"Merry Christmas mom," he smiled. He looked around the room to see the pile of presents became larger than it was when he went to sleep, and if he was being honest, it overwhelmed him a little.

"Here Shoto, come sit next to me." He nodded and sat next to his brother. Yaomomo went to sit on the floor.

"Momo, please, take the couch."  Rei insisted.

"But you were sitting there."

"And now you are." She smiled as rei sat on a separate chair and sat next to her boyfriend, who put his arm around her and kissed her head.
