Olympia Academy is a school created by Zeus. Its rival, Persephone Academy, was founded by Hades. Over the course of the academic year, the deities at each school compete to see whose school is the best. At the end of the year, whichever academy proves to be the best will have the choice of Persephone's fate. Will she be able to return to Mt. Olympus with Zeus, or will she remain as Hades' bride in the Underworld?
(the fic does not focus heavily on this mythology, but rather it was used to create the academies and the main conflict between the schools)
You may also have noticed that the description for this story notes 'Elder' and 'Younger' deities. For the sake of this fic, the Elder deities will be something like adoptive parents for the Younger deities. Our cast of characters will be a variety of Younger deities training to take over for their Elder's responsibilities at whatever academy they reside with.
Along with this, two of our original characters were humans who turned into immortal beings. They earned this right because they were selected by two goddesses who did not yet have a 'Younger.' These two original characters will be training at Olympia Academy in the same way that the other 'born deities' are. This factor just adds some interesting plot points but is not an essential part of the story.
I hope this isn't too confusing!!
The relationships in this story will focus on three original female characters and three Stray Kids members. This fic is heavily Jisung, Felix, and Seungmin-centric, but all members are included in various roles!
