The students of Rosemeadow high were going to a field trip to the RJ gardens, the biggest one in Rosemeadow, and excited chatters could be heard in the hallways as they were getting ready to leave.

"Oh man, this is so exciting!", Milly yelled as she walked ahead of the club.

"Calm down now Milly", Sean chuckled.

Behind them were Hailey, Jake, Luke and Zander. Well more like Luke and Zander being lovey dovey and Hailey and Jake walking awkwardly behind them.

"Do they have to do this all the time? It's been months, how long is the honeymoon period?", Hailey held her head.

"Tell me about it, I'm getting sick. But hey, atleast Zander isn't eyeing me down every second I'm in his presence", he awkwardly chuckled.

Hailey laughed and Jake looked at her, his heart suddenly beating louder than usual and a blush creeping on his cheeks for a second before, he shook his head.

Snap out of it Jake, you like Daisy!

"Alright students, time to board the bus", Miss Jones announced and the students started rushing out.

The club was shoved and pushed by everyone and were somehow dragged towards the bus by the crowd, stuck in the middle of it.

Milly sat with Elliot and Luke with Zander ofcourse.

So Hailey just decided to take an empty seat which was 5th from the back, and she decided to take out her song book and read through some of her very old songs.

Suddenly she felt someone sit beside her and looked up to see the blonde.

"Jake? weren't you going to sit with Daisy?", she asked.

"Yeah but uh, she's sitting with Sean. He did ask if I wanted to switch with him but I could see that Daisy sat there on her own accord meaning she wanted to sit there, so I thought, well to just leave it", he sighed and leaned farther back into the seat.

"I see..", She saids as she looked over to see the duo, and sure enough, they were chatting away, looking very close.

I never noticed they were this close, I wonder how Jake feels..

"Are you okay, Jake?", she asked.

"Huh?", he turned his head to her in confusion.

"Yknow, about Daisy?"

"Oh.. that.. well uh, I'm sure I'll get used to it, or over it", he turned back to them again.

Hailey felt worry over her face and she placed her hand on his which was on the arm rest.

This caused his head to spring back to facing her and he looked kinda confused and a little wide eyed at her hand, as he slightly blushed.

"I'm sorry that Daisy doesn't realize what an amazing guy you are Jake, but I'm sure there are hundreds of girls who would kill for you", she smiles as she tries to comfort him.

His expression slowly softens but his blush grows redder and he looks back at her.

But his sincere smile slowly turns into a cheeky smirk.

"Does that include you princess?"

Hailey turns red and snatches her hand off his and turns away before huffing.

"G-god you're such an idiot", she mumbled before going back into her song book.

Jake laughed at her reaction so much that tears start flowing.
