My eyes fluttered open and were graced by sunlight pouring down on them. The dorm room was absolutely freezing and I reached for my phone. My hand hit glass instead. Warm, hard glass, like that of a car.
I sat up in a panic and found myself sprawled out in the backseat of a large car. My eyes traveled up to the driver's seat, snagging on two figures. One had dark brown hair and eyes shaded by sunglasses. He was the one driving. The one in the passenger seat turned around, looking straight at me.
"Oh good! You're awake." He smiled, white teeth shining at me. His dark brown eyes raked over me, and I had to keep myself from screaming.
My eyes flickered between the two before I desperately began to bang on the window, hoping someone would see me. "Hello? Can someone help me?"
A calloused hand enveloped mine, keeping me from banging. "You're going to hurt yourself."
I glared at the driver, who still hadn't dropped my hand. "Why do you care? You're the ones who kidnapped me!"
He sighed. "We didn't 'kidnap' you. We took you away from your collage for your own protection. Now stop and be quiet so I don't wreck."
I wrenched my hand out of his and took to silently sulking, seated against the back window.

The car pulled up to a large brick house after about 2 hours of silence, only filled by the two men in the front talking.
"Why did you even kidnap me?" I hissed as the door was opened and the driver's hand wrapped around my wrist.
